Firas has been a prominent figure in Jordan's legal landscape since 1996. His extensive career spans diverse areas of expertise, with a strong focus on litigation, where he has represented various corporate clients. Alongside his litigation prowess, Firas has also cultivated substantial banking and finance experience, serving as an internal legal advisor to Jordan Ahli Bank. In this role, he provided comprehensive legal support to the bank's numerous branches, offshore operations, and private banking departments.
Currently, Firas continues to play a pivotal role in offering legal services to Bank al Etihad, all while overseeing and managing court proceedings. His involvement extends to the realm of arbitration, where his insights and skills are highly sought after.

Nabil Rabah is the Founder and Managing Partner of R&S. In total of 47 years of experience, Nabil Rabah has acquired extensive knowledge of the Jordanian Legal System. He established what have become to be known as Rabah and Sharaiha in 1986. Since then, the firm grew to become a broad-based legal practice, employing more than 30 qualified lawyers and professionals. Throughout the years, acting throughout the firm, he has been extensively involved in advising clients, both in the private and public sectors on a variety of matters. His main fields of expertise include general corporate legal advice, arbitrations, banking and financing, construction, and dispute resolution.
Nabil is extensively involved in and currently acts as an arbitrator and legal counsel (acting through R&S) in construction and commercial arbitration proceedings, under domestic laws and had acted before international forums and rules of arbitration. Throughout his career, Nabil Rabah was appointed or nominated, as:
A member of committee for amendment of arbitration law, appointed by Minister of Justice.
A member of committee for improvement of judicial system and legislation, appointed by the Ministry of Justice.
Previously a member of committee for drafting amendment to the mediation and commercial agents law and other various laws.
Nominated by the Minister of Industry and Trade - Deputy Prime Minister on behalf of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the General Secretary of the Arab League / Social and Economic Council, and appointed thereby, pursuant to council resolution 1552 as an enlisted arbitrator for dispute resolution in the Greater Arab Free Trade Area, amongst two specialists nominated on behalf of Jordan
Nominated on behalf of Jordan in 2010 and 2021 as a conciliator before the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes - World Bank.
Raed has been practicing law in Jordan since 2004. His main fields of expertise include:
General commercial and business law advice, drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements on behalf of clients operating in various fields and sectors.
Representing clients in start-ups, acquisitions, sale and other transactions including conducting legal assessments, due diligence reports and drafting transaction documents.

Providing banking and financing legal advice in matters such as loans, syndications, lending, refinancing, guarantees, and other complex banking instruments.
Raed is involved in construction and other projects (EPC, subcontracting, design and engineering, management). He participated in negotiating and concluding all types of agreements and legal documents in connection with various projects in the fields of power generation, cement and steel production, bitumen, refining and other industries operating in Jordan and Iraq.
