Ragnasoft, Inc is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and was incorporated in 1999. In 2005, Ragnasoft was approached by two Lancaster based public safety departments (EMS and Police) about their unique scheduling needs. We worked closely with them to develop an application that provided a solution. At that point, the PlanIt Scheduling system was born... Since 2005, Ragnasoft's focus has been working with 100's of public safety organizations to continue to grow our PlanIt Scheduling products to meet the changing needs of our clients. It is with this constant input from our EMS, Fire, Police and Dispatch companies that we have developed a solution designed, not adapted, specifically for public safety... RagnaSoft Inc was founded as a software development firm in 1999. We worked as software consultants for major corporations in the past including QVC and Ace Hardware.
