Aaron Timoshyk

Aaron brings a unique background to the role of Program Manager, with his experience working closely with marginalized communities as a teacher originally drawing him to the position. With a desire to support community building, and economic development, Aaron brings his combination of experience in variety of fields, including construction to the program, and looks to continue supporting crew members in their growth both personally and professionally.

Alessi Ortiz

Amanda Guthrie

Amanda Guthrie is a Queer and Disabled settler from Treaty 6 Territory; born and raised in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. She works as an HR Specialist in Diversity and Inclusion at Federated Co-operatives Limited, where she provides training, resource creation, and coaching to FCL and Co-op retail stores across western Canada. Outside of work she is proud to sit on the board of Quint Development as well as the City of Saskatoon's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee. Amanda also enjoys electoral politics and has worked on a number of successful electoral campaigns at different levels of government. She loves cooking, spending time outside, cooking, and playing an active role in building a just, compassionate, and connected community

Andrea Cessna

Andrea Cessna was born and raised on the prairies and grew up in Saskatoon. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Anthropology from the University of Saskatchewan and has an interdisciplinary background in community engaged research, ethnographic media, documentary filmmaking and the non-profit sector. Her community development work is rooted in art, storytelling and youth-led advocacy. She is a co-founder and the Executive Director of Chokecherry Studios.

Angel Angus

Anne Hardy - Treasurer

Anne Hardy is a Saskatoon lawyer. Anne has done legal work for Quint since 1995, when she helped with the development of the Neighbourhood Home Ownership Program. Anne has been a member of the Board since 2000 and has served as Treasurer for all but two of those years. She has one daughter, who was born during her time on the Board and is now in her fourth year of University. Anne was a gallerist until recently and has also earned certification as a member of the Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group (C.P.P.A.G.).

Bob Eaton

Bob is a retired project manager in the Information technology sector and has worked for both public organizations and private companies. Bob is very engaged in his community and has shared his experience and expertise as a volunteer with Canadian Executive Services Oversees (CESO) and with various not-for-profit organizations and electoral campaigns

Danielle Harder

Danielle Harder is a Mètis woman born on Treaty 6 territory. She has worked in the core neighbourhood of Saskatoon since 2010 as the Assistant Director and Inclusion Co-ordinator at Spadina Early Learning and Child Care Co-operative - St. Paul's Hospital location. Danielle joined the Quint Development Corporation Board because she is very interested in improving social conditions for people in Saskatoon and strengthening the core community.

Dr. Adam Stacey

Adam is a queer settler who grew up in Nova Scotia on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq. He and his partner have been living and working on Treaty 6 Territory in Saskatoon since 2017. Adam is a life long community volunteer who currently serves as Vice Chair of OUTSaskatoon's board of directors.

Holly Lucas

Holly joined Quint's Housing Team in 2018 as a Housing Coordinator before taking over as Program Manager last year. She has spent the last 20 years working with homelessness, working with and managing a downtown shelter, before being hired at Quint Development Corporation. Holly also 20 years of experience working in the nursing field.

Jen Budney

Jen Budney is a researcher at the Canadian Centre for the Study of Co-operatives and an instructor at Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. Since 2014, she has served on the board of Spadina Early Learning and Childcare Co-operative, which her children attended at the St. Paul's Hospital location. The neighbourhoods of Riversdale and Westmount were her first homes in Saskatoon, and she now lives in Caswell Hill.

Jenny Ryan

Originally from Toronto, Jenny has been living in Saskatoon for 17 years. She's a librarian, a comedian, a pizza-enthusiast and a terrible gardener. Though she's lived in Westmount for 15 years her job with the public library has allowed her to work in neighbourhoods across the city, and she can safely say that the core is definitely where she feels the most at home. She and her partner are raising two little boys to be compassionate and collaborative citizens in the fight for fair housing for all, and being part of the Quint board is a key part of that journey.

Joy Crawford - Chairman

Joy Crawford is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. Ms. Crawford has volunteered in the University of Saskatchewan community for over 25 years and currently sits on the Board of Governors chairing the Audit and Finance Committee. Ms. Crawford is chairperson on the Board of Directors for Quint Development Corporation and The People Bridge Advocacy. She has also volunteered in many capacities with the United Way of Saskatoon and area. Ms. Crawford has experience leading board efforts in the areas of equity, diversity & inclusion, audit, policy & governance, strategic planning, succession planning and communications.

Julia has worked in the core community of Saskatoon in various roles throughout the past 12 years. She has been a dedicated employee of Quint Developments since 2017, as program staff with the Youth Lodge. She moved into the role of Program Manager for the Youth Lodge and Pleasant Hill Place in May of 2022. Julia has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Studies. She is excited to be a part of Quint's leadership team.

Kayla DeMong

Kayla has been working in the core neighbourhoods over a decade, providing support to children, youth and families. Currently she is the Associate Executive Director and Family Support Coordinator at AIDS Saskatoon. Kayla currently sits on boards for Quint Developments, Station 20 West and CUISR. Her passion for harm reduction based practices is the driving force behind the advocacy work she does in the community. Kayla was born and raised in Saskatoon. She is a mother of 2, Zoe and James. Kayla has been in recovery from addiction since 2003. Her path of recovery is what led her into front-line work and has opened the door to her own business supporting other women find a path of healing and self-care.

Kristen Thoms

Kristen is a passionate and effective leader with over 17 years of experience in serving communities through Quint. As the Executive Director, she has successfully built vibrant and inclusive teams and delivered impactful programs that enhance the lives of core area residents. She has a strong academic background in sociology and social work from the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina. She also has knowledge and skills in governance, finance, strategy, and risk management.

Miali Rakotondravah

Miali started out as a tenant with Quint before she was hired on as the Administrative Assistant in 2014. Her roles at Quint have evolved as she moved into the Affordable Housing program, and then onto the Core Neighbourhoods at Work program where she increasingly took on more responsibilities. Miali brings strong knowledge, and compassion into her role as Program Manager. She has a Masters in Tropical Hydrogeology, Engineering Geology and Environmental Management.
