Bianca Chau works with students to help them set career goals and develop individualized career strategies and action plans for success. Before coming to Rady in 2022, Chau served as an international student success advisor at San Diego State University. She developed orientation programming and advised students on issues such as their wellbeing, academic probation and maintaining student visa status in the U.S. She has a bachelor's degree of social science in sociology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and master's degree in higher education leadership from the University of San Diego.

Brandie Erbe oversees the support staff and administrative operations of the dean's office at the Rady School of Management. She manages the dean's calendar, communications, projects and events. Prior to joining the Rady School in 2016, Erbe served as the communications manager of a regional chamber of commerce. She earned her bachelor's degree in English from the University of Hawai'i at Hilo.

Bryan Knox is the General Manager at Catalent San Diego (formerly Pharmatek), a contract dosage form development and GMP manufacturing organization supporting biotech and pharma partners. Prior to becoming the GM in 2017, he was the Senior Director of Pharmaceutics and has a broad background in preclinical and clinical drug development and manufacturing of small molecules and peptides. He led Catalent to become a founding partner of the BioCAP program launched in 2021 with the UC San Diego Division of Biological Sciences and serves on the board of Connect. Chris Schubert is the Director of Strategic Operations at Safe Harbor Marinas, the largest operator of boatyards and marinas in the United States. Prior to that, Chris served in the navy as an aviator, commanding missions throughout the Persian Gulf, Gulf of Oman, and Mediterranean Sea, then later as the Chief of Staff in the Naval Operations and Plan directorate of the Pentagon. Along with career coaching, she was responsible for employer development, professional development, student and alumni programming, placement reporting and the solo practice incubator program. She is a licensed attorney in the state of California and has practiced civil litigation and transactional law for seven years, working in small and medium size private law firms in business, real estate, finance, construction and professional malpractice. Miklusak holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.

Lisa Ordóñez was appointed Dean of UC San Diego's Rady School of Management in September 2019. As the School's second dean, she is transitioning Rady from a start-up to focus on growth, further cementing the school's global business research prominence and impact as an innovation focused, economic engine within the San Diego business community and beyond. She has brought a renewed emphasis on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to the school and has already made great strides in increasing the number of female and underrepresented minority faculty at Rady.
Lisa received all three degrees from UC Berkeley: BA in Psychology (1989), MS in Marketing (1992) and PhD in Quantitative Psychology (1994). Prior to joining UC San Diego, Gregory served as an executive director at Bright Horizon's where he led a portfolio of three programs serving approximately 700 students. He also served on the management team at Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ), where he led the operation of programs serving approximately 500 students across the HCZ's K-12 pipeline. He received his bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from the Hunter College-City University of New York. He holds a Dual Master Degree's from Fordham University Graduate School of Education, with distinction.

Jon Valencia provides administrative support to the Beyster Institute.
Before joining the Rady School in 2015, Valencia was Senior Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy. He led troops, served as a technical expert for administrators, and mentored sailors and newly commissioned junior officers. Valencia has a master's degree in leadership and management from the University of La Verne.

Karlee Simek leads donor stewardship efforts for the Rady School of Management. Kathy Self joined the Rady School of Management in 2015. She oversees career development for incoming and current Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) students. She provides individual and group guidance on career exploration, goal setting, interview preparation and salary negotiation. Self's work with UC San Diego students began in 2007 as an internship advisor providing professional development and communication training. She later supported business and engineering students as a career generalist and career development instructor at the main campus career center. Prior to joining the Rady School in 2020, Hunter Barker spent 15 years in various roles at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and nearly seven years as assistant dean of academic programs and communication at the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy. She has a bachelor's degree in political science and international relations from UCLA. She received her master's degree in international peace and conflict resolution from American University.
Zack Smith serves as Executive Philanthropic Officer for UC San Diego. In his role, he partners with the Chancellor and other academic leaders to advance the mission of UC San Diego. Previously, Zack served as Vice President of University Development and CEO of the Cal Poly Foundation. Zack brings extensive higher education, nonprofit management and fundraising experience to this role. Prior to joining Cal Poly, he served as executive director of development for the Jacobs School of Engineering at UC San Diego where he led the efforts of the external relations staff including major and principal gifts, donor relations, stewardship and events.
