A graduate of Kent State University, Amy has a degree in Business with a major in Marketing. She lives with her husband and three young children in Northeast Ohio enjoying life with her friends and family.

Stephanie is a co-founder and managing partner at R&G. She has 25 years of experience in business development, corporate sales and marketing, inside sales and lead generation across a variety of industries. Stephanie has mastered the art of business conversation and engages people with knowledge, wit and energy. She is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in Business. Stephanie lives in historic Lewes, Delaware where she enjoys being close to the ocean, singing in an ensemble group called Ayre Craft, facilitating writing groups and spending time with good friends.
