Amelda joined the Raven's Recruitment locum team in 2023.
Amelda has over 10 years experience in helping people put their best foot forward and create a great first impression. Amelda has a diverse background with over 20 years experience in administration, team coordination and recruitment with major brands like Kelly Services.

Char (Charmian) joined the Raven's Recruitment locum team in 2022.
Char has over 15 years experience in human resources, people, culture and learning with the Suncorp Group, where she specialised in leadership, management and in building strong relationships with stakeholders.

David is Brisbane born and bred, before moving to the Gold Coast with the family in 1994. David was registered as a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) in December 2008 and completed a Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) in 2005.
Having joined the Raven's group in February 2000, David has had a varied career with the company during it's evolution from administration, bookkeeping and team leadership to management. David has spent his time improving technology, processes and service provision for the company.

Debbie started with Raven's Recruitment in September 2000 and over this time has become our senior Recruiter and moral compass. Happiest when connecting excellent Pharmacists with a great new Employer, we rely on her to bring things back to black and white, back to basics, and think about what we are doing, why and who for.
Debbie was initially responsible for growing and managing Raven's overseas UK and Ireland Transfer Scheme, prior to the reciprocal agreement coming to an end in 2006. Debbie is now responsible for permanent recruitment for Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia. Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge to the team including an extensive network of pharmacists around Australia whom she has worked with throughout her time with Raven's Recruitment.

Developing and nurturing relationships is paramount to our business as we guide young Pharmacists from university into their Internships and then advising them on how to progress their career as they gain more experience. Leanne especially enjoys bringing Clients and Candidates together to establish partnerships, and has been doing so since joining Raven's Recruitment in 2014.

A graduate of James Cook University after studying Social Work, Education and Early Years Education, after working as a Primary School Teacher for six years Mary's made the career change to the Recruitment Industry and never looked back!
Mary joined Raven's Recruitment in 2023 as a pharmacy Recruitment Consultant for permanent placements in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. Mary looks forward to utilising her skills gained from 10 years in the United Kingdom working in the Education Recruitment sector.

Bringing over 20 years of administration and customer service experience to the team, Melanie's role as Administration Assistant is pivotal in making sure the office runs smoothly and our clients are always happy. Originally starting her career within the Travel Industry, Melanie is enjoying the new challenge within recruitment and learning new skills.

Shefali Parekh grew up in Auckland, New Zealand and moved to Australia in 2014. During her Bachelor of Pharmacy degree she was elected as National Australian Pharmacy Students' Association (NAPSA) president in 2017. After graduating from Griffith University, Gold Coast campus and completing her internship at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Shefali is now employed as a Pharmacist at both Alfred Health and Austin Health.
Shefali is past-President of NAPSA and prior Director of Professional Development on the Board, with involvement in her local branch, VPSA.
Shefali is passionate about Mental Health awareness and the Pharmacy Industry as a whole, and since being a Pharmacy Student has agreed to share her voice and be a contributor to Raven's Recruitment as part of her efforts to raise the profile of these areas.

Sheryll started with Raven's Recruitment in May 2020.
