Carson Irvine - CEO

Joining Quotient in 2010, Carson's insights and expertise have been instrumental in delivering value for our client partners. Among his many talents, Carson is considered an expert in client purchasing behavior and consultative selling skills. His natural leadership abilities, along with his collaborative approach, were evident in his success at driving sales force productivity, new business development, client retention and most importantly, the growth and development of those reporting to him. Carson spent a significant part of his career with ARAMARK, a $13-billion global leader in managed services, in senior sales and sales management roles. In 2000, he was named Sales Vice President for ARAMARK's Refreshment Services division, responsible for a 300-member sales force in the U.S. and Canada. Before that he was Sales Vice President for the Business Services Group, with responsibility for the entire east coast and south central regions. As Director of Business Development, he had direct responsibility for developing and executing ARAMARK's strategic growth initiatives for growing new business and maximizing client retention. When he left ARAMARK in 2005, he was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for Sales Excellence. Carson is a graduate of Radford University with a degree in Economics and Business.

Kim Turner

Kim Turner has 24 years of successful fundraising experience in higher and private day school education, arts and culture, and health and human services. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1987 with a B.S. in Marketing Education and teaching for three years, she began her development career at Roanoke College as the Director of Development Services during the college's $150 million sesquicentennial capital campaign. She moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1991, where she held several progressively responsible positions including Regional Director for the American Diabetes Association; Director of Development and Public Relations at the Tempe Center for Habilitation; and Director of Administration and Development for the Children's Cancer Center at Phoenix Children's Hospital. In 1998, she was hired as the Director of Development for Guilford College in Greensboro, NC and helped to lead the college's $50 million capital campaign, which exceeded its goal by $6 million. After completing that campaign and moving back to Roanoke in 2003, she was hired as the Director of Development for the Art Museum of Western Virginia to work on the $45 million capital campaign to build the Taubman Museum of Art and to manage the museum's annual fundraising campaigns. She left the art museum in 2005 to serve as Director of Development and Alumni Affairs at North Cross School, a private independent day school, before returning to the Taubman Museum of Art in 2011, where she served as Vice President of Institutional Advancement for several years. She is now Founder and President of Turner Fundraising and Associates, a development consulting firm dedicated to helping non-profits reach their full fundraising potential. In each of her roles Kim has provided executive management expertise and has been instrumental in developing, organizing, and executing all aspects of annual and capital campaigns. Over the span of her career, she has been involved in securing more than 100 million in donations. Kim has proven experience in strategic planning, capital and annual campaigns, planned giving, grants management, proposal writing, administration, policy development, budget management, marketing, public relations, and special events management. She has been successful throughout her career in building effective partnerships and collaborative relationships with staff, faculty, administrators, Boards of Trustees, donors, alumni, volunteers, and community leaders. She has worked in development departments ranging in size from one to 35 staff members, giving her a full understanding and appreciation for the complexities and subtleties of effective fund development. Kim currently serves as Board member and Development Chair for Family Service of the Roanoke Valley. She is a 2013 alumni of Leadership Roanoke Valley and served as a board member for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, First Virginia Chapter from 2004-2009 and was President in 2008.

Thomas W. Roe - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Considered an expert in the legal profession, Tom combines a unique blend of law and business knowledge. Tom is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Business and specializing in marketing. He turned down a marketing position with a prestigious winery in Napa Valley to attend law school at Ohio Northern University (he still has a passion for fine wines). Tom has worked with major telecommunication companies, both as in-house and outside counsel. He has spent time as a prosecuting attorney and has worked with the music industry as well as recently negotiating a television contract for a nationally televised "reality based show". As a member of the Quotient team, he provides an invaluable insight into the business, sales and legal sides of any business venture.
