Aaron's responsibilities include scouting & recruiting new players, as well as scanning the Asia-Pacific market for potential job opportunities. Aaron has a Bachelor Degree in Sports Business Leadership from the Australian College of Physical Education.

Alessandro is an Associate at Ruiz-Huerta & Crespo. Ale is a former professional Soccer player, who specializes in Sports Law. Ale has a Masters degree in Sports Management & Global Sports Law from Columbia University in New York.
Cam is one of the rising stars among NBA Agents. He has an elite scouting eye, matched only by his genuine approach to player development. Cam is also an excellent recruiter, having expanded RBA's player portfolio from the Power 5 conferences. Cam has a BA Degree from Hofstra University & a Law degree from Touro Law.

Keith is incredibly well-regarded in the sports media industry. Keith has covered the NBA & NBA G League for 10+ years, having worked directly for the league & through his work at SB Nation's Ridiculous Upside blog. Keith's responsibilities include generating media opportunities for RBA Athletes.
Mike brings 30+ years of accounting & financial architecture experience to RBA. Mike's responsibilities include accounting & advisory services for RBA Atheltes, as well as all financial accounting & corporate governance for RBA. Mike has an MBA in Accounting from Baruch College & a BA in Economics from SUNY Albany.

Mike is a Veteran NBA Trainer that brings a wealth of on-court experience to RBA's Training program at Basketball City. In addition to his responsibilities as Youth Basketball Director at Basketball City, Mike is also a Gold Certified Coach by USA Basketball. Mike has played an integral role in driving the on-court program for the RBA Showcase at Basketball City.

Nick's responsibilities include supporting day to day operations, developing & distributing social media content across the RBA digital platform, as well as developing new business opportunities with potential brand partners.
