ALICE HOLMES

Alice joined the former Renault & Handley in 1996 with an impressive resume in the financial and accounting industries. In her years after graduating from the Business School at Brigham Young University, Alice obtained both her MBA and CPA. She spent several years at Big 8 firm Deloitte Haskins + Sells performing financial statement audits for clients in many different industries. Alice left Deloitte to become a partner in an accounting practice in Palo Alto, where she built a successful business and impressive client list. Today, Alice works closely with the owners of the properties we manage as well as the bankers and insurance brokers to ensure that our clients are taken care of. Her breadth of accounting knowledge and experience combined with her grasp of commercial real estate make her an invaluable resource to Renault & Handley and the clients we serve. In the community, Alice has served on the boards of the Junior League of Palo Alto Mid Peninsula and the Mental Research Institute. Her current volunteer passions center on education and she volunteers in the community in her children's schools.

Brian McCarthy


CHERYL GOODWIN - COO

Cheryl is resident and native of Palo Alto, having been born, raised and educated here. A graduate of Palo Alto High School, she maintains close ties to her classmates and community to this day. Cheryl joined Renault & Handley in 1973 and through the years has had many essential roles within the company, including property management, operations, accounting and lease administration. She was actively involved in the development of much of the original Renault & Handley-developed portfolio, working closely with Raymond Handley on the administrative side. Today, Cheryl presides over the property management department at Renault & Handley, maintaining constant communication with both clients and tenants keeping them apprised of all pertinent issues concerning the properties. Her trademark is her meticulous follow-through in every area for which she has responsibility, from her diligent construction project administration work, loan servicing, partnership transfer accounting to even the most mundane tasks where she sees everything through to completion. Cheryl's dedication to her work is exceedingly rare and her friendly and professional manner make her a key member of our team and a pleasure to work with. In a special celebration held in Cheryl's honor commemorating her 30 years at Renault & Handley, many former and current clients, partners and tenants attended to show their appreciation and support for her exceptional service through the years.

DAVID CONKLIN

David's career at Renault & Handley began soon after graduating from San Francisco State with a dual degree in Economics and Geography. He started as a sales associate in 1989, representing tenants in leasing office and research & development space in Santa Clara County. David enjoys the varied nature of his real estate career; serving a broad spectrum of property owners and tenants as a broker in lease and sale transactions, interacting with tenants, service providers and coworkers in a property management capacity, and the opportunities for creativity in developing and improving properties under management. David has been an active member of the Father's Club at Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo and has served on a number of Boards for non-profit and religious corporations. David belongs to the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers and is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker (Lic. #01036562).

GEORDIE MCKEE

Geordie is a true second-generation member of the Renault & Handley team having grown up around commercial real estate. His father, George McKee, joined Renault & Handley in 1966 and was instrumental in the firm's success through the years. Geordie has served as broker to a number of noteworthy clients and is active in all aspects of delivering Renault & Handley's services. Geordie negotiates lease and sale transactions, and oversees the development of new buildings, property management operations and major tenant improvement projects on behalf of the firm's clients. Born and raised in Portola Valley and living now in Palo Alto with his wife and children, Geordie remains closely connected to the community. He is active in the Alumni Associations of both Menlo School, where he served as President in 2007-2008, and Stanford University (BA Economics 1986). At Stanford, Geordie was a member of the Varsity Tennis Team and competed on the NCAA Championship teams in 1983 and 1986. He joined Silicon Valley Bank as one of the original members of its real estate division in the late 80's. Geordie joined Renault & Handley in 1999. Geordie belongs to the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers and is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker (Lic. #01257296).

Leonard Ely
