RDM ENGINEERING - Key Persons

LEADERSHIP RDM Engineering was formed by Dave Rychalsky. During the late 1990's, while working for AlliedSignal, Mr. Rychalsky was on a program called the Improved Control System, where he began working on the initial design & development of MFCS as Senior Product Development Engineer. While working countless hours hand in hand with government employees, and being a part of the type-classification of the M95/M96 Heavy program in 2003, he decided to branch out on his own and create RDM Engineering in March of 2004, and the search to hire the very best to support engineering work. RDM Engineering was a part of a cooperative effort between government and contractors that started with less than a handful of people, but has evolved into a workforce of over 100 direct employees.
