Lorna Bramley is a professional career counsellor, career coach and vocational rehabilitation specialist who uses an interactive approach designed to motivate others to optimum potential. A highly resourceful and results-oriented professional, she has facilitated workshops, presented curriculum based modules and provided individual guidance to empower others. Lorna Bramley entered at the ‘ground level' of the Career Development movement in Alberta. She was fortunate to be trained and mentored at the time by prominent leaders in the field. Over the years, she has worked in frontline and directorship roles within the not for profit and private sectors providing specialized career planning and employment services for diverse populations. In 1993 Lorna Bramley founded her company, Resources With Results. Along with overseeing the business operations, she also maintained and continues to manage her own client caseload as well as the provision of quality career counselling, coaching and consulting services. Recognizing the strength behind each of her professional disciplines, Lorna Bramley skillfully merged career development and vocational rehabilitation methodologies to enhance services and to better assist individuals and groups to fulfill varying needs. The many individuals and groups she has had the opportunity to work with include disadvantaged youth, injured workers, short term and long term disability claimants, high school/college students, mid-career changers, downsized business executives, professionals in transition and pre or post retirees. Specializing in career counselling, solution focused coaching, retirement planning and vocational rehabilitation services corresponds with Lorna's passion and aptitude to work with a wide range of age groups facing diverse career circumstance. Lorna Bramley is the founder and operator of Resources With Results as well as the Team Lead of qualified professionals who collaborate in the provision of career development and vocational rehabilitation services.This network of skills and expertise is used to assist and support those who are exploring meaningful work options or are choosing a deliberate approach to career transition.
