Andy Cooney

Andy Cooney serves on the Investment Committee for Revere's Specialty Finance team. He has in excess of 30 years of financial advisory, investment banking and asset management experience. For the past 10 years, Mr. Cooney has focused on the specialty finance sector, providing both advisory and portfolio analytics services to a variety of non-bank lenders across multiple asset classes. Andy served as Chief Financial Officer and a Principal at Four Corners Capital Management, LLC for 8 years, until its acquisition by the Macquarie Group. As CFO, Mr. Cooney was responsible for designing and implementing fund strategies in concert with various US and international investment clients of the firm and executed 14 different funds totaling in excess of $7 billion. Prior to his role at Four Corners, Andy was a Managing Director at First Union Capital Markets (a predecessor to Wells Fargo Securities), where he was responsible for the Emerging Assets Securitization Group, which focused on applying securitization techniques to new asset classes. While at the firm, his group executed securitizations across a broad array of asset classes including tax liens, student loans, and franchise loans. In addition, the firm became a leading investment bank in the collateralized loan obligation ("CLO") asset class. Prior to that, Mr. Cooney was a Director at Banc of America Securities in the asset securitization group and served as Chief Financial Officer for ProCredit, a subprime automobile finance company. In all, Mr. Cooney has been responsible for the structuring and execution of more than $17 billion of financings and investment funds as both a banker and as a principal. Mr. Cooney is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University (MBA).

Axel Shema

Axel Shema serves as Senior Associate for Revere's Specialty Finance team. Previously, he worked as a Valuation Analyst for Jefferson Capital Systems where his role was focused on the evaluation of potential receivable portfolios along with asset management and reporting for existing receivable portfolios. During his graduate studies he was a graduate assistant at the Faulkner Performing Arts Center at the University of Arkansas. He holds a Master's degree in Statistics and Analytics from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University. Axel is currently a CFA candidate.

Brigitte Harley - Chief Compliance Officer

Brigitte Harley serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Revere Capital with responsibility for overseeing legal and regulatory compliance. Mrs. Harley gained significant experience in investor relations, business development and investment structuring, including in real estate, private equity, joint ventures, credit facilities, etc., as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Tax of D.B. Zwirn & Co., a $6 billion international special opportunities fund. Mrs. Harley has also served as Chief Financial Officer/legal counsel for a multi million-dollar company where she also oversaw their operations and real estate joint ventures, including real estate negotiations, valuations, structurings and financings. Mrs. Harley began her career practicing law for over eight years with two of the largest global law firms, Clifford Chance and Linklaters, advising on sophisticated domestic and international transactions, specifically specializing in REITS, funds, structured finance and financial products. Mrs. Harley holds a BS in accounting from Birmingham Southern College, a JD from the University of Alabama School of Law and an LLM Masters of Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Clark B. Briner - Founder

Clark B. Briner is the Founder and the Principal of Revere Capital. Mr. Briner started his real estate career in 1997 when he made his first multifamily real estate investment. He then joined MacFarlan Capital Partners, an institutional private equity real estate firm, where he was a Director. After years in private equity, Mr. Briner moved to New York City as a senior investment banker at Deutsche Bank, where he served on the private equity real estate team, as well as the new business underwriting committee. Over his years in investment banking, he has participated in traditional public market capitalizations and executions, real estate mergers and acquisitions and workout and restructuring assignments. During his real estate career, Mr. Briner has had significant institutional experience on both the principal investment and investment banking side. Mr. Briner has also served as an owner, lender, operator, sponsor and equity partner. Prior to Mr. Briner's real estate career, he served in several political positions on both the state and federal level. Mr. Briner holds a BS with honors from Texas Tech and an MBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Gary Miller

Gary Miller serves as Director for Revere's Specialty Finance team. He has spent nearly 3 decades in specialty finance and private credit both as a direct lender and also as a structured finance banker funding via the term ABS markets and with asset-backed commercial paper. Prior to joining Revere Capital, Gary served as the Head of Originations for Finitive, a capital raising platform serving the needs of specialty finance companies and other non-bank lenders. Gary spent a decade at Credit Agricole where he was managing director and Head of Originations for its securitization team after tenure in the Terms ABS group at the former Banc One Capital Markets (now JP Morgan). He also spent 6 years at a boutique asset management firm where they managed nearly $5 billion in complex structured finance transactions.

Hank D. Youk - CFO, COO

Hank D. Youk serves as CFO/COO at Revere Capital with responsibility for overseeing the financial operations of the firm. Prior to joining Revere Capital, Hank was the CFO of Williamsburg Enterprises, a real estate investment and development firm based in Houston where he oversaw financial reporting, capital sourcing, treasury management, and back-office operation functions. Prior to Williamsburg Enterprises, Hank served as the CFO at JDDA Group, a niche real estate firm in the airport concession and facility management industry, where he was in charge of financial operations and M&A activities. Hank received a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston, where he graduated summa cum laude and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and a member of AICPA, Texas Society of CPAs, and Financial Executive International.

Jacob Fowler

Jacob Fowler serves as Controller at Revere Capital. Prior to joining Revere, Jacob was an Engagement Manager at Standish Management providing fund administration services for several private equity and venture capital fund clients with investments in real estate, debt securities, and technology. Prior to Standish Management, Jacob worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the financial services group performing audits of real estate and private equity funds. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Oklahoma State University as well as an M.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Jeff Salladin - Managing Director

As Managing Director, Jeff leads all aspects of Revere's real estate debt team. Jeff has over 20 years' experience in the real estate space, including law practice, debt, equity, and financial advisory services for real estate professionals. Prior to joining Revere, Jeff advised commercial real estate investors at 49 Financial and co-led that firm's Dallas office. Earlier, he helped launch the commercial real estate lending platform at Hudson Advisors (an affiliate of Lone Star Funds) and managed over $1B in real estate investments at iStar (NYSE: STAR). Jeff began his career as an attorney in Southern California. In his spare time, he serves as on the Supervisory Committee at Christian Community Credit Union, a national financial institution that supports the non-profit space. Jeff earned his law degree from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from Azusa Pacific University.

Jordan Buck

Jordan Buck serves as an Analyst on Revere's Real Estate team. His primary responsibilities consist of sourcing, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate loan transactions, as well as supporting Revere's asset management group. During his undergraduate years, Jordan served as a Financial Analyst Intern for Madera Residential, a real estate private equity firm focusing on multifamily value-add deals. In addition, Jordan also worked at Tech Terrace Real Estate, where he was a Real Estate Agent focusing on sales and leasing of single-family rental homes. Jordan attended Texas Tech University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a focus on Real Estate and Banking.

Kris Boudreau

Kris Boudreau serves as Revere's Vice President of Originations. Kris brings more than 20 years of diverse real estate and finance experience including debt origination and structuring, asset management, development and leasing. His responsibility is to grow debt originations primarily on the West Coast through strong broker and borrower relationships. Prior to joining Revere, he was a Production Manager with Sabal Capital Partners originating permanent financing on behalf of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He was also Head of Originations for Plum Lending where he brokered bridge and permanent financing to banks, CMBS, agency, life company and specialty finance lenders. Kris began his lending career with A10 Capital where he was originating both bridge and permanent loans nationwide. He also held senior positions with national development and property management firms including Fairfield Residential and Greystar. Kris earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Idaho.

Matt T. Turner

Matt T. Turner serves as Director of Origination for Revere's Real Estate team. He has responsibility for debt origination, structuring and sourcing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Revere Capital, Mr. Turner was the President and Managing Partner of Canvasback Capital, a Dallas private equity firm that made real estate investments via acquisitions and development of commercial and multi-family properties. Mr. Turner spent the majority of his real estate career with Lincoln Property Company (LPC), one of the largest and most successful, private real estate firms in the United States. Mr. Turner spent over 10 years at LPC where he was responsible for financing over a $1.5 billion of commercial development, redevelopment, and acquisitions for office, industrial and retail assets. Mr. Turner brings a diverse skill set over multiple disciplines in real estate and finance - equity and debt structuring, asset management, leasing, and investment sales. Mr. Turner earned a BA with Honors and BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Nick Weatherford

Nick Weatherford serves as Director of Underwriting for Revere's Real Estate team. He has responsibility for underwriting commercial real estate loan transactions. Nick has more than 15 years of experience in property valuation, underwriting, asset management, financial analysis, market research and due diligence. Prior to joining Revere, Nick served as Director of Underwriting in the investment sales division of Edge Realty. Earlier, Nick was at Sarofim Realty Advisors where he was a member of the acquisitions team placing equity on behalf of institutional clients in office and retail assets nationally and performing asset management on existing properties in the portfolio. Nick began his career in commercial real estate as a senior financial analyst on the investment sales team at Cushman & Wakefield. Nick is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

Sam Saji

There his role was focused on the management of CLO Investments for their international corporate clients. Sam is currently an MBA Candidate at Texas A&M.

Sen Mathai

Sen Mathai serves as an accountant for Revere Capital. Prior to Revere, he worked as an Accounting Associate at Oakwood Ventures, a real estate investment firm based in Dallas. His role focused on monthly reconciliations as well as financial reporting to both property management and investors. Sen holds a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas and is currently an MBA Candidate at Southern Methodist University.

Tommy Clinton

Tommy Clinton serves on the Investment Committee for Revere's Real Estate team. He has had a 33-year career with Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. (ERE), before retiring as Executive Vice President. At that time, ERE was the largest institutional real estate manager in the United States, managing more than $36 billion in assets from more than 300 pension funds, including some of the nation's largest such as CalPERS, CalSTRS, the New York State Common Retirement Fund, NYSTRS and the State of Florida. Mr. Clinton has subsequently been involved in the ownership and development of several prestigious mountain developments in the northeast Georgia mountains. Mr. Clinton was a member of the Equitable Real Estate's Management and Investment committees and also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) for seven years. In 1993, he was appointed President and CEO of Column Financial, Inc., a joint venture between ERE and Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette. Mr. Clinton received his BA from Rhodes College, where he was recently inducted into the Rhodes Athletic Hall of Fame.

Travis Behl

Travis Behl serves as Director of Asset Management for Revere's Real Estate team. Travis brings over 20 years of institutional and private equity commercial real estate debt management experience. Prior to joining Revere, he led the Debt Management / Special Servicing team at Hudson Advisors where he oversaw the servicing of Lone Star Funds' commercial real estate distressed asset investments as well as the special servicing of loans funded by the LStar Capital CMBS originations platform. Prior to Hudson, Travis served as Revenue Manager for BNY Mellon Asset Solutions, a group providing servicing across multiple capital market lending platforms including CMBS, CDO/CLO, ABS, SLS and Administrative Agency. Travis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.

Will Bohannan

Will brings 15 years of sales, finance and real estate experience to the team. Prior to joining Revere, Will was a Senior Vice President at Walton Global Holdings where he led their capital raising efforts and served as Head of the National Accounts Department. Prior to his role at Walton, Will was SVP at ClickIPO, a Series A Startup with the goal of democratizing the IPO process. Will has a Bachelor of Finance degree from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona
