Our mission is to support all Richland County Communities in the advancement of economic development. RCDC's number one goal has always been, and will continue to be, job creation and retention... RCDC offers location assistance, economic development incentive packaging, and acts as a government liaison at the local, state, and federal levels. Additional services include demographic and workforce data research, business plan assistance, and government grant assistance.
