Alexander is a highly accomplished executive in the tech sector with over 18 years of experience. He is currently the Managing Director for RMTSGlobal, responsible for enforcing operational and corporate standards, managing financial aspects of the US operations, and developing processes and protocols for continued growth. Alexander has also been the Co-Founder and CEO of React2Media and served as the Vice President of Sales at AdPepper Media USA. He has secured large publishing and advertiser accounts, increased customer performance, and established key partnerships and alliances with internal and external agencies, clients, stakeholders, departments, and investors. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling the world with his family, fishing and spending quality time with friends. Alexander is also a devoted family man with a wife and two sons, residing in Connecticut.
As Director and CTO, with over 18 years of experience, Aravind is responsible for various key performance areas such as Client account management, Project management, Training and Development, people management, IT/Admin management, and have a deep understanding of technologies in the Digital Media space including display advertising, email marketing, search and social media, and creative design and development. Prior to joining Responsive MTS, he worked as a Solution Services Consultant for Google's DoubleClick products in the Asia-Pacific region with a special focus on India. He has held senior-level positions, designed training modules, on-boarded new clients, and played a leading role in numerous ad server migration projects. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aravind discovered his fascination for science and technology during college. He is also an athlete and enjoy adventure sports.

Gayathri is the Director and Head of HR at RMTSGlobal, responsible for leading human capital and talent management operations including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, employee engagement, payroll and compliance, and Quality management system, ISO 9001:2015. She sets the people strategy for the organization and aligns the human resource and talent management function to support RMTS's business goals. Before joining RMTSGlobal, she was an HR Business Partner at Huawei Technologies, where she was recognized for her thought leadership in engaging people programs and execution models. Gayathri holds a post-graduation degree in HRM from the Xavier School of Management. She has a love for travel, particularly when it involves long-distance driving and staying in the woods

Jordan is a seasoned veteran in internet advertising with over 20 years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Planning, Media Buying, Retail Marketing, and Social Media. Prior to Responsive MTS, he launched AdPepper Media USA and served as the VP of Business Development for three years. He then launched React2Media, a performance marketing agency, which was acquired by Antivenio in 2017 where he served as COO. Jordan has certifications on Amazon, Google, The Trade Desk, Samsung TV, Meta as well as various other platforms. In his private time, Jordan enjoys golf, baseball and spending time with his wife and 3 children. Jordan graduated from the Johnson & Wales School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Martin has spent his entire career in the Marketing arena, both at agency and as a client, and has worked globally in many industry sectors and through most communication channels. He has held numerous Board and Senior Management positions, allowing him to add tactically and strategically to Responsive MTS's UK and European business. As a fully immersed and hands-on Managing Director, Martin is heavily involved in shaping RMTSGlobal services for publishers and marketing services businesses. He is an advocate of outsourcing as a solution for skill shortages and spiralling overheads, taking a collaborative approach to delivering solutions that seamlessly fit into our client's businesses and remove the operational pressures that can stifle growth. Martin is a keen "countryman" and is passionate about the natural word. Outside Responsive he can be found with the family on his hobby farm, where he has a small, rare breed, sheep flock, horses and various other animals. Martin also loves fishing and has travelled to many parts of the world in pursuit of his hobby.

Currently, Matt is a valuable member of the team at RMTSGlobal, where he serves as a trusted, reliable advocate and partner for clients. He takes a human approach to every engagement, prioritizing open and honest communication and striving to understand each client's unique goals and evolving needs. To him, the day-to-day interactions with clients are just as crucial as achieving the end goals, and he works tirelessly to build strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and collaboration. With his extensive industry knowledge, leadership experience, and unwavering commitment to client success, Matt is a sought-after expert in the digital media and technology space. Subhashis Sahoo heads the Client Services Group at RMTSGlobal, bringing over 11 years of experience in client relationship, account management and sales & marketing. He holds a post-graduate degree in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is adept at building and maintaining strong partnerships with valued clients, known for his exceptional communication skills and understanding of client needs. He is a strategic thinker who takes a proactive approach to identify opportunities for growth and success. Outside of work, Subhashis enjoys spending time with his family and furry friends, as an avid dog-lover.
Vince has a diverse background that includes participation in national and international programs with a UNESCO-affiliated student group, as well as experience in the media industry where he played a multi-faceted role in business operations and launching new offices in major cities in India and overseas. He then transitioned to the IT and tech-enabled services industry, where he founded Responsive Media Tech Services (now RMTSGlobal) in 2010. Vince's areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, organizational growth, client relations, operations, people management, mentoring, and global business development. In his leadership role, Vince prioritizes keeping his teams motivated and content through positive contributions to their lives. In his free time, he enjoys football and multiple music genres, with a particular passion for the Blues and Rock N Roll.
