Rheinmetall Insurance Services GmbH, a private limited company, was established in 1985 as Jagenberg Versicherungsvermittlungs-GmbH (insurance broker) and in the course of the Jagenberg Group's expansion as well as their acquisition by Rheinmetall AG, changed its company name to RJP Versicherungsdienst GmbH (insurance broker)... Since 1997, Rheinmetall Insurance Services GmbH has been providing insurance brokerage services under the name Rheinmetall Versicherungsdienst GmbH. The deeper integration in the holding in 2001 was emphasized by the relocation from Neuss to Düsseldorf.
