Chad has been a critical part of our team for a year. He exemplifies extreme calm under all types of situations and is a genius when it comes to motivating staff and inviting customers to connect with the brand message. Chad holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and an MA in Education & Technology. He's a beer aficionado and has participated in over a dozen fun runs and half marathons.

John is the creative force behind the team. His experience with large national brands across several industries has given him a deep understanding of consumer behavior. He has been published in several national magazines and feature articles. John has a B.A. in Psychology from St. John's University, Collegeville, MN and an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management, Edina, MN, where he is currently an Adjunct Professor of Marketing. In his spare time he enjoys getting funky in the kitchen and letting what little hair he has left blow in the wind on his motorcycle.

Tim brings 25 years experience in live marketing and business theatre. He is known industry wide as a leader in experiential marketing and his reputation for impeccable execution is legendary. He has many awards including Telly Awards and a New York Film Festival award. When he's not building brands he enjoys digging in the garden and making a mean jar of Dilly Beans.
