Annabel Parletta

Job Titles:
  • Design Manager
Annabel heads up the design department to deliver the best in product and furniture design. A number of our in-house soft furniture products were created by her. Annabel is also in charge of our library space planning and photographs our projects and products - check them out on our website! Annabel's bubbliness is infectious and has an impact on those around her. When Annabel isn't at Resource Furniture, she is generally in the kitchen cooking (and eating) or taking photos.

Brodie Heron

Job Titles:
  • Sales Administrator
Brodie is one of the newest members at Resource. She Assists our sales team with generating quotes, proposals, and documents. With top-notch organisational skills, she has fit into her role with ease. Originally from Whyalla, Brodie moved to Adelaide to study her Bachelor of Architectural Design and is now looking to study Interior Design at Tafe. Brodie enjoys team sports and plays both basketball and netball. We are so happy to have her part of the family.

Courtney Julyan

Job Titles:
  • Commercial Designer
Courtney started out as our receptionist but quickly moved into the design department after showcasing her motivation and creativity. She may have only been with Resource for a short time, but it feels like she's been part of the team for years. Her big smile and cheerful attitude make her a delight to work with. With a background in product design, her skills are not going unnoticed. Originally from South Africa, Courtney moved to Adelaide as a child with her family. If she isn't at the beach with her dogs, you'll find her in her home studio making beautiful ceramic pieces.

Daniel Reed

Job Titles:
  • General Manager
Dan oversees the day-to-day running of the business and staff management and additionally heads up the Purchasing and Logistics Department. He's efficient, direct, and has amazing people skills. Whilst he takes his job very seriously, he's always up for office banter. Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing a game of squash, water skiing at the river, and spending time with his family, especially with his young niece and nephew whom he spoils rotten.

Debbie Reed

Job Titles:
  • Director
Debbie is one half of the husband/ wife business partnership. With her business acumen and Scott's sales skills they have managed to place Resource Furniture as one of leading commercial furniture companies in South Australia. Debbie has strong values and has been the main driver in creating an exceptional company culture at Resource Furniture. Her competitive nature and love for Port Power means she is generally at the top of footy tipping, but always shares her winnings with the rest of team, usually in the form of pizza.

Emma Gillings

Job Titles:
  • Head of Business Development
Don't let her desk fool you, Emma knows exactly where everything is and is on top of her game, always. Emma's business acumen along with her love of people make her exceptional at what she does - seeking new markets and expanding the client base. Emma also oversees the Sales Department, making sure the team is on top of their game. She loves spending time with her family, and supporting her kids in their pursuits, you'll either find her around the racetrack or sat outside an audition room. Her guilty pleasure is Prince!

Freddie Reed

Job Titles:
  • Director of First Impressions
Freddie is one of our top employees at Resource. He puts a smile on everyone's face the days he is in. He is sure to greet clients as they arrive, wagging his tail with excitement. When he isn't snoozing in the showroom, he is wandering around making sure everyone's area is clean and tidy (not a crumb is missed).

Gemma Rodgers

Job Titles:
  • Sales Administrator
Gemma is part of our sales administrative team. She assists the sales team to ensure our clients get everything they need in time. Her excellent work ethic makes her an important part of the Resource Furniture team. She hasn't been with the company long but has picked up the processes with ease. Like some of our other employees, she was born and raised in Port Pirie now living in Adelaide. Outside of working hours, you will find Gemma at the beach or sipping on a G&T surrounded by her friends.

Glenn Dey

Job Titles:
  • Business Development Manager
Glenn, our longest serving member of the team, with client base as long as your arm, has been servicing his clients for the past 17 years. His energy and positivity are infectious, and his product knowledge and memory are unmatched. You'll always know if Glenn is in the office - the radio will be on! Glenn is a boxing enthusiast and says it is a great release from day-to-day pressures. He is a big family man who loves to fish, even if it means a 4am start

Grace Misso

Job Titles:
  • Business Development Executive
Grace is our Business Development and interior's queen. She's an all-rounder with a fantastic work ethic. You're just as likely to find her out in the back of the warehouse putting together a task chair as you are to see her presenting that task chair to client in the showroom! Her acute attention to detail of the Resource Furniture product offering, make her the go-to-person in the office. When she's not at work, Watson (her golden retriever) keeps her busy by getting up to mischief. We love hearing stories about what he's done (or eaten) this time.

Michael Merlino

Job Titles:
  • Operations Manager
Michael has been in furniture design for over a decade and is now taken over as the operations manager. At Resource Furniture, he has spent many years, working alongside Scott, in developing and improving the Sliimform library system. He's fastidious when it comes to attention to detail which is reflective in his work. Michael is an avid runner who enjoys bushwalking and bike riding with his kids. He is a typical Italian with a vegetable patch who loves to cook and experiment with recipes. His wife is very happy with this as she is not allowed in the kitchen.

Monica Fuentes

Job Titles:
  • Sales Administrator
Monica is one of our Sales Administrators. She is an absolute gun and is a great asset to our BDMs. She has excellent problem-solving skills and is an organisational queen. She loves a puzzle and is always up for some office banter. Originally from Colombia with a background in industrial design, Monica moved to Australia 6 years ago and continued studying project management and business administration. Her skills don't stop there, she also has a hand made candle business.

Ross Hansford

Job Titles:
  • Warehouse Supervisor
Ross is an experienced cabinet maker who has an affinity for creating and assembling. He keeps the warehouse exceptionally organised, immaculately clean and every tool has its place! His friendly demeanour with our clients makes him an asset to our organisation. His generosity extends to assisting anybody in need whether it's changing a tyre or cooking a sausage sizzle on a Friday. In his free time, Ross enjoys gardening, watching movies and a good dad joke!

Scott Reed - Managing Director

Scott's natural charisma makes him the ultimate salesman. He and Debbie took over the business in 2006 and since then he has been focused on raising the profile of Resource Furniture in the library, commercial and education spaces. He believes that passion and commitment are what clients have come to expect and love about working with Resource Furniture. He loves boating, fishing and water skiing. He's super sociable and those who know him well also know that he likes a to have a good time!
