Our story began in 2005 when RJH's founders set out to create a design firm with a core mission: to provide our clients with dam and levee engineering expertise typically associated with a large firm, but with a philosophy of client service more commonly associated with a small firm. Since then, we have continued that mission and have become a leader in delivering premier dam and levee projects. Today, RJH has grown to over 35 employees and has successfully delivered hundreds of projects throughout the United States... Whether we are designing a new dam, rehabilitating an existing dam, or inspecting a levee system, we leverage this specialized experience to guide our clients through the design and regulatory processes needed to deliver exceptional results.
