ROWING

The Hong Kong, China Rowing Association (HKCRA) was established in 1978 and is the governing body for the sport of rowing in Hong Kong. It is affiliated to the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, and to the Asian Rowing Federation (ARF) and International Rowing Federation (FISA)... Since 1997, rowing has been a key development sport in Hong Kong, receiving funding from the government's Elite Sports Program. Over the past two decades, the Hong Kong Rowing Team has achieved remarkable results in international events such as the Asian Games, Asian Championships, East Asian Games, and World Junior Rowing Championships.
