Private Investigator, Mischa Stuhler-Safdie' began his investigative career while serving in the United States Army and was assigned to the U.S. Army European Intelligence Command Center in Heidelberg, Germany in an administrative position where he subsequently performed Intelligence related duties for the "Office of the Provost Marshal", Serious Incident Report section.
