The founder of Eddy Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in coaching and career development for senior corporate officers and their counterparts in non-profit organizations. Recent client companies include Disney, Rio Tinto Mining, Avery Dennison, Loyola Marymount University and HBO to name a few.
Dana is responsible for the operational aspects of Saenger Associates. She ensures that we are meeting all our client and candidate needs while doing everything professionally possible to exceed client and candidates' expectations at all times.
Dana has client experience working in the financial industry both in the retail and business sectors in banking including start-ups, lending, insurance, and customer relations. Dana began her career with Valencia Bank & Trust where she was a Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer. Dana was the Branch Manager for First Bank for seven years where she opened a new branch located in Valencia, CA.
Dana holds an AS in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the College of the Canyons.
Dana enjoys travel and spending quality time with her husband and their two children.

Deborah ran a successful film company in Sausalito, CA for fourteen years she knows how difficult it is for women to stand out and succeed. Her latest book is Out Front How Women Can Become Engaging Memorable and Fearless Speakers. She speaks regularly across the country to motivate and inspire professional woman.

Gary is the Founder and President of Kestria USA - Saenger Associates. His past experience includes being President of the executive recruiting firm of R. J. Watkins & Company and Executive Vice-President of the international consulting firm of Right Management Consultants. Previously, he held senior management positions with Security Pacific Corporation, CitiBank, and American Hospital Supply Corporation. Gary was involved with numerous senior engagements in these organizations and other client companies.
Jim has over 45 years of operating experience in corporate America and as the CEO of Group50® Consulting. He learned his trade with companies such as GE, Stanley Black & Decker, Sunbeam and over 200 companies ranging from startups to multibillion dollar publicly traded companies. Jim created the Business Hierarchy of Needs® in 2023 and has used it as the framework for designing and implementing strategy.
Jim, now retired, was the Chief Professional Officer of the Santa Clarita Boys and Girls Club for 29 years. He was responsible for raising millions of dollars through fund raising efforts to expand to two clubs in the valley that assisted children with before and after school programs near two middle schools within the Santa Clarita Valley.

Mike is Senior Vice President, Client Services at Saenger Associates. Prior to Saenger Associates, his career included roles with Honeywell as Director of Human Resources for Aerospace/Defense divisions in Ohio, New Jersey, and California. He served as Director of Talent Acquisition for Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Redondo Beach.
Mr. Nadler is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a major in organizational psychology and earned a Certificate of Executive Education from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
