Dana is responsible for the operational aspects of Saenger Associates. She ensures that we are meeting all our client and candidate needs while doing everything professionally possible to exceed client and candidates' expectations at all times. Dana has client experience working in the financial industry both in the retail and business sectors in banking including start-ups, lending, insurance, and customer relations. Dana began her career with Valencia Bank & Trust where she was a Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer. Dana was the Branch Manager for First Bank for seven years where she opened a new branch located in Valencia, CA. Dana holds an AS in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the College of the Canyons. Dana enjoys travel and spending quality time with her husband and their two children.
