Co-Founded Kroll Associates, a consulting firm. In 1976 I moved to San Francisco to found our first satellite office in order to develop and manage our growing business on the West Coast. Originally, the company assistied major publishing and Fortune 500 companies by reducing their operating expenses without sacrificing quality or service through contract negotiations and other purchasing strategies and tactics. Our expertise eventually expanded to include all aspects of purchasing and materials management. In the late 1970s and early 1980s the company further evolved, developing expertise in white collar crime and fraud investigations and grew into the world's largest risk management company with 60 offices around the world. In recent years the firm was puchased by Marsh McLennan, the insurance company... Co-Founded Bluewood Books, a book packaging and publishing company. We produced a variety of titles for major publishing companies including Random House, Thomas Nelson, Waldenbooks..
