In 1980, Tomoya Ishikawa established an Italian boutique "FELLINI" with his friends in Nishi-Azabu, Tokyo. He worked as a buyer for "PITTI IMMAGINE UOMO" for 5 years. He then worked for an advertsing agency specializing automobile accessories and promotion matrial design for "FELLINI". He was also in charge of advertising and retail design for an Italian fashion brand "MAURIZIO BONAS". In 1985, he established his own design company "ROSSIINC". Since then, he has been mainly working in apparel industry and building up works of retail design, advertising, and brand promotion. He is also a creative director for French footwear brand "PATRICK" for Asia region. In 2013, he was awarded as silver prize at JPM PROMOTIONAL SOLUTION EXHIBIT, the biggest competition for promotion design in Japan.
