South Carolina Solutions (SCS) has been serving the Medically Complex Children's Waiver (MCCW) population since 2009. Over the years, we have become an industry leader in care coordination. SCS currently serves medically complex children throughout the state, providing care coordination for the child and the family in their natural environment. We help children transition from the hospital to the community, offering a better quality of life for the children and their families while decreasing the cost of healthcare for the state.
