Adam Dahlen

Adam Dahlen is the VP of Client Development at PartnerCentric. Adam started his affiliate marketing career at CJ, having the opportunity to work on the advertiser service side of the business supporting clients including Apple, FedEx Office, and Carlson Hotels. Prior to coming to PartnerCentric Adam headed up the client services department at a performance marketing agency. He is also a leading member of our Finance Subject Matter Expert Team and has completed PartnerCentric's Personal Finance curriculum. In previous roles, he has managed or led programs for finance brands including Intuit QuickBooks, myFICO, FastPay, Lending USA, and LowerMyBills. In his current role as VP at PartnerCentric, he has full oversight into all of our finance brands. Adam has a B.S.B. in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from the University of St. Thomas. Adam has been a member of the Performance Marketing Association Compliance Council since 2014. An interesting fact, prior to starting his career in affiliate marketing, Adam worked as a prosecuting attorney and is currently licensed to practice law in California and Minnesota. In his spare time, Adam enjoys performing improv comedy with his group Sixplex, doting on his French bulldog Homer, and walking around the many lakes in Minneapolis. Adam is also working towards a goal of visiting at least one presidential library a year.

Alisa Crowley - CMO

Alisa Crowley joined PartnerCentric in 2017 and today works tirelessly to build and support its marketing and business development goals as Director of Marketing. In this role, she is responsible for spearheading effective branding and marketing strategies and manages a team of writers and designers that help the company achieve ambitious its growth objectives. Alisa also functions as the point person on company culture, advises the sales team, and monitors budgeting and ROI for the marketing function. Previously, Alisa was a brand manager at a boutique branding agency and a senior account executive for an advertising agency specializing in the food service and hospitality industries. Prior to that, Alisa worked in the performance marketing space as an advertising account executive. Past clients have included Dannon, NBC Universal, Vulcan equipment, Tapologie, and Kennedy Krieger Institute. Alisa received a B.A. in both Public Relations and English from the University of Maryland, College Park (Go Terps!). She was born in Ukraine and now lives in Maryland with her husband, a hilarious toddler and two dogs, Zeus and Nina. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new countries, reading memoirs, and spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to find something good to watch on Netflix.

Julia Yannios

Julia Yannios is a Business Development Executive for PartnerCentric, helping lead new client acquisition and revenue. Julia has 20 years of experience in administrative technology, sales, client services, and organizational processes. She has successfully led teams of people across multiple verticals accomplishing high production targets and goals. Julia is passionate about helping small and large organizations grow and scale their businesses. Before PartnerCentric, Julia worked at a business consulting firm. She lives in Oregon with her husband and three children. She loves exploring new restaurants, hiking, baking, watching great movies, reading a good book, and spending time with her family and friends.

Julie Stepkowski

Julie Stepkowski is Head of Client Success. Julie oversees the entire client success team where her main focus is driving client growth by working collaboratively with the team on new strategies. Julie has been with PartnerCentric since 2011 when she came on board as an Account Manager. She has over 15 years of online marketing experience, most of it dedicated to affiliate marketing. Julie started her online marketing career at CJ Affiliate by Conversant (formerly Commission Junction), where she held multiple roles managing both publishers and advertisers during her six-year tenure. Julie received a B.A. in both Communications and Psychology from The University of California, Santa Barbara, and resides in the Bay area with her husband and two children. In her free time, Julie enjoys biking, cooking, wine tasting, reading, and relaxing with her family.

Julie Ávila - COO

As PartnerCentric's COO, Julie Avila drives the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives while implementing plans for the operational infrastructure of systems and personnel. Additionally, she is responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of processes internal and external as well as developing, communicating, and implementing effective growth strategies and processes in collaboration with other members of the Leadership Team. With her many years of stellar experience in client services, she also serves as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with clients and partners to maintain overall client satisfaction and retention. Julie has over 20 years of e-commerce experience with over 15 of those years dedicated to the affiliate space. Before joining PartnerCentric, Julie spent five years at CJ Affiliate By Conversant (formerly Commission Junction), where she started as an Advertiser Account Manager and rose to the position of Advertiser Account Director. "I love that this industry is constantly changing and evolving," Ávila said. "Every day brings new challenges and exciting things to learn." She lives in beautiful Santa Barbara with her two kids, a cat and a dog. "I do my best to spend as much time as possible outdoors. Bike rides and reading a good book in the sun are weekend staples."

Meghan Garcia - COO

As PartnerCentric's Director of Operations, Meghan Garcia is responsible for helping find talent, setting training standards and hiring procedures. She also helps assess and improve organizational processes by refining quality, productivity, and efficiency. Meghan ensures that PartnerCentric is equipped with a team of A-players. With over 9 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Meghan has a well-rounded perception of the affiliate industry and what it takes to succeed in it. Prior to joining PartnerCentric, Meghan was a Senior Account Manager and Product Manager at CouponCabin.com. She wore many hats while there, from managing over 400 e-commerce accounts, and training new hires, to serving as a liaison between the in-house tech team and the account team to guarantee that the internal tool was being utilized properly and was up to speed with the needs of the company. Meghan moved from Chicago to Austin in 2017 with her husband, son, and twin daughters. She also has four cats and two dogs, whom she loves very much. She is a die-hard Chicago Cubs and Bears fan, and enjoys outdoor activities and vacationing in Disney World. Meghan is also a strong advocate for her daughter with special needs and helps spread awareness on her family's blog, Our Special Kind of Life.

Stephanie Harris - CEO, Founder

Stephanie Harris was PartnerCentric's first employee when she was hired by the founders early in 2006 at a time when the company was just taking shape. Stephanie Harris is the founder & CEO of PartnerCentric, the largest woman-owned performance marketing agency in the US. A veteran of the space, Stephanie got her start as an award-winning affiliate program manager, personally managing at one time some of the largest programs in the PartnerCentric portfolio today. Her tenure in the industry, and philosophy that in order to lead you have to know how to do every role, has given her a comprehensive view of the industry as well as the ability to propel it forward with vision, talent and drive. As a working mom with four young kids, Stephanie's passion for building a strong and supportive culture around work/life balance and the best work-from-anywhere career has led to one of the most sizeable 100% remote workforces in the performance space with close to 50 full-time team members. Inherent in the DNA of the team she's built is an emphasis on building meaningful relationships beyond borders, which starts at home. She's most proud of her CEO scores on GlassDoor. Stephanie Harris has been named a PerformanceIN Top 50 Industry Player two years in a row and has held multiple speaking and moderating engagements at industry conferences such as Affiliate Summit (East and West), CardCon and Capital One's Women in Business Panel. Her writing has been featured in FeedFront magazine, PerformanceIN and numerous other publications, and you may hear her speak on trends in leadership, culture-building, and the future through social networks such as Forbes Agency Council and LinkedIn. Stephanie Harris lives in New York with her husband and four children. She's been loving podcasts these days, and has a regular rotation of "The Daily," "The Tim Ferriss Show," "Hardcore History," "The Growth Show," and "Freakonomics" in her subscription list. She also loves "Anna Faris is Unqualified" but won't subscribe to it because she'd stop getting other things done. Her current favorite book is "Mindset" by Carol Dweck and she's always eager for new recommendations.
