BUYER BEWARE!!!! THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY. HE WILL PRORATE IT. ALSO, ATTITUDE WAS "WHATEVER" TYPE OF ATTITUDE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. MY AWNING WAS RARELY USED, BUT THE LAST TIME I USED IT THE SEAM WHERE THE TWO FABRICS ARE GLUED, OR MELTED TOGETHER CAME APART. A MANUFACTURES DEFECT. WHAT IS HIS ANSWER, "I'LL GIVE YOU 30%. DON'T BUY HERE..... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
