Jason Radtke - President

Jason has been a part of Royal Paper Stock since 1993, initially joining the team as a paper recycling sales manager upon his graduation from Miami University. He works with companies such as distribution centers, printing companies and manufacturers throughout the country to develop comprehensive recycling programs, while marketing the material generated by this work. Jason is a devoted father of two, and an avid fan of the Buckeyes and Blue Jackets. He also enjoys golfing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

John Copas

John Copas joined Royal Paper Stock in early 2020. John came to Royal with a vast knowledge of the trash and recycle hauling side of the business and works to create efficient solutions with each of his clients. His specialty is to work one-on-one with companies to customize recycling solutions that best meet their goals, including increasing process efficiency, minimizing expenses and maximizing profit for the partner company. His experience provides Royal with a knowledge depth in compactors and waste hauling that has quickly proven valuable to several Royal Paper Stock clients. John is married and enjoys spending time with his four children and two grandchildren, and in his spare time enjoys coaching high school and youth wrestling.

Mike Radtke - Chairman

Mike has been with Royal Paper Stock for 35 years, he started in 1976 as an employee, and bought the company in 1981. Over the past 30 years, Mike has grown the company from a small local recycler to a notable competitor in the recycling field. Mike has always enjoyed competition, he played as a defensive end and linebacker for The Ohio State University under Coach Woody Hayes, helping his team win the 1968 National Football Championship. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his eight grandchildren and philanthropy, making annual donations to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank and Special Olympics. He enjoys reading, traveling, studying financials and collecting antique trunks

Mitchell Bronne

After graduating from Bowling Green State University in 2017, Mitch joined the Royal Paper Stock team as a sales executive. Initially his focus was on supporting and growing Royal Paper Stock's business within Columbus and the surrounding area. In 2019, Mitch was promoted to General Manager of our Cincinnati plant and now serves as the lead for our Cincinnati team with clients and staff. When not working, Mitch enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Rich Dahn - VP

Rich has been with Royal Paper Stock for 30 years, having started working in the plant immediately following his graduation from The Ohio State University. Rich is dedicated to the growth of Royal and has worked to develop relationships that have extensively increased the business. His partnerships in Columbus and throughout the country have increased Royal' s presence within the industry. Hard work, integrity and accomplishment are values that have shaped his career, and played a key role in his growth at Royal Paper Stock. Rich is also a lifelong baseball player, coach and father of three sons.

Tim Miller

Immediately following internships at AOL and the Columbus Clippers and his graduation from Otterbein College, Tim joined the Royal Paper Stock team in 2003, forming relationships that help him develop innovative recycling solutions for our customers. In 2004, Tim was instrumental in the development of RPS Plastic Recyclers. Through researching materials and recycling opportunities within the industry, he was able to provide Royal customers with the new service and expand the business with the plastic offering, increased revenue and employment opportunities. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting, in addition to spending time with his family.
