SAR CONTRACTING

Stewart A. Rasmussen (SAR) began traditionally in the construction trades in 1982 by building and repairing homes in Santa Barbara and Montecito, California mentored by Reg of RW Wilkinson Construction. In 1988 he founded SAR Construction, which soon gained a reputation for solving intractable problems across many trades. The company resume now includes multiple licenses and certifications. SAR brings special expertise in potable water treatment and distribution systems, with expertise installing and maintaining a wide variety of leading-edge technology through all aspects of water distribution. SAR is now in partnership with Jesus Mora, a previous 20 year plus employee of SAR Construction. Jesus has an immense skill set and strong Spanish skills, bring an operational smoothness to projects in the Santa Barbara area unrivaled due to the seamless worksite communication and operational value brought to SAR's water projects.
