Alix was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2020 after serving as Acting Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and Chief Financial Officer since 2011. Over her career, she has worked in commercial real estate accounting and finance in Arizona. She earned an undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University and a graduate degree from Arizona State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Alix Smith is a member of the Board. She is also Chief Executive Officer of Salt River Devco.
April has served in this capacity since 2009. Over her career, she has held various administrative positions within tribal government. She is an enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

Cheryl J. Scott is an ex-officio member of the Board. She is a Senior Counsel with the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community's Office of the General Counsel. She received her JD from Arizona State University and is admitted to practice law in Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is an enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

Christie Dash chairs the Board. She is also Public Fiduciary for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. She received a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Public Administration from DeVry University. She is an enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
Connie has served in this capacity since 2011. Over her career, she has worked in accounting and finance within the home building industry in Arizona. She earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Phoenix.

Lauren joined Salt River Devco in 2024 as Accounting Manager. her diverse accounting background spans a variety of industries including property management, aviation, healthcare, machinery, nonprofit, and energy. She is a CPA candidate and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Montana and Post-Baccalaureate in Accounting from Linfield Unviersity.

Mark Winkleman is a member of the Board. He is also President and Founder of MGS Realty Partners, Inc., and COO of ML Manager LLC, successor to Mortgages, Ltd. He received a BS in Business and Accounting from the University of Kansas, and a JD from the University of Virginia. His affiliations include the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Valley Partnership, and City of Phoenix Industrial Development Authority.

Stephen joined Salt River Devco in 2020 as Asset Manager. Completing more than $200MM in transaction volume, Stephen has a wide range of experience within every major service line in the commercial real estate industry and throughout multiple U.S. markets. Prior to commercial real estate, he held various roles in the banking industry focusing on commercial real estate lending. Stephen graduated Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a BS in marketing.
