Seniors Initiatives Centre is a nonprofit association of older persons based in Kaunas, Lithuania. The association was founded in 2007. Our goals are to encourage older people to engage in lifelong learning, share knowledge and disseminate good practices of learning in later life, active ageing and creating age-friendly environments. The association has applied for and received funding from various sources for non-formal learning programs to build ICT, fitness, and other basic skills for active citizenship and participation. All our efforts are directed to help older people gain more self-confidence, experience personal growth and have better contact with others.
