Amanda joined Scott Insurance's marketing team in 2016 with more than 14 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty marketing and underwriting. Prior to joining Scott, she served as the Southeast Regional Director for Hanover Insurance Group. Amanda also previously held marketing roles at Wells Fargo Insurance Services and Senn Dunn Insurance. She has negotiated programs for clients ranging from standard middle-market companies to complex multinational firms using large deductibles, retrospective ratings and captive programs.
Amanda attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. She also currently serves on several carrier advisory boards.

Andrew Chambers is a Vice President and serves as the Branch Leader of Scott's Charlotte office. He joined Scott Insurance in 2001 as a proven producer of commercial property and casualty business.
Prior to joining Scott, Andrew spent seven years as a casualty claims adjuster and underwriter for a large insurance company. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and actively volunteers with a number of non-profit organizations in the Charlotte region.

Andrew Satterfield joined Scott in 2015 as a Health Cost Strategist and leads the Financial Risk Performance team. In his role, he offers expertise and actuarial analysis to guide employers in their benefits decisions and comprehensive health cost strategies.
After graduating from Virginia Tech with a bachelor's degree in finance, Satterfield joined Accenture where he worked as the manager of the healthcare business unit, leading the pricing and risk management team. Andrew and his team developed pricing and risk models for clients and advised company executives on optimizing account profitability. During his time at Accenture, he also gained valuable industry experience working as an analyst for the client financial management team and as a consultant for the financial planning and analysis team.

Ashley Moore is the Team Leader for Personal Insurance, Small Business and Program Bonds, providing day-to-day oversight and support to these operations teams. Ashley began her career with Scott in 2005 as a member of the Risk Performance Group. Her responsibilities covered overseeing daily operations, onboarding new employees, developing training materials, and implementing new processes and procedures.
Ashley is also a driving force behind Scott's community initiatives within Lynchburg and the surrounding area, including a local afterschool backpack program that supported 39 families.
B Jones joined Scott's Nashville office in 2009 to serve as a risk and surety advisor. Prior to coming to Scott, B worked as a CPA for 6 years-experience that uniquely qualifies him to confidently and credibly represent his clients to the surety marketplace. His CPA experience also translates to a strong peer to peer relationship when working with his clients' financial team.
B Jones is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, holding both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy. He is a licensed Property & Casualty broker in 43 states, a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a licensed CPA.

Bethany graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science in biology. Prior to joining Scott, she was a Vice President of a large regional commercial insurance brokerage based in Charlotte, North Carolina, for eight years. There, she counseled employers of various sizes and industries on the effective and efficient management of enterprise-wide risk. Her clients have included small family owned businesses as well as large multi-national corporations. Bethany's experience couples well with the Scott Insurance platform of "Embrace Risk. Reward Performance." Scott Insurance believes in reducing the client's demand for insurance through a long-term risk management approach and partnership. Bret began his risk management career more than 20 years ago in Hartford, Connecticut. In 1994 he moved to Greensboro to open the first Scott Insurance office in North Carolina. Prior to his insurance career, Bret worked in the commercial leasing area of First Union in Tampa, Florida, serving that entire state. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he earned a degree in economics. Bret is a Vice President at Scott and serves on the company's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is also active on community and volunteer boards including Hope Chapel and Caldwell Academy.
Bret Grieves joined Scott in 1994 to open and lead the company's office in Greensboro, N.C. In addition to his Branch Leader role, he is Vice President at Scott and the Practice Lead for Property & Casualty. After many years as a litigation attorney, Reilly transitioned to recruiting in the legal industry. Curt Hodges joined Scott's marketing team in 2009 with 21 years of experience in the property and casualty industry in the Virginia and Mid-Atlantic region. He has experience with regional and national carriers as an underwriter and manager of middle-market and large accounts. His specialties include loss sensitive products for middle-market and large property and casualty clients. He also worked for 10 years prior to joining Scott as a successful managing broker/producer for a large specialty lines firm in the Mid-Atlantic states and Southeast. Dave joined Scott Insurance in 2007 as a member of the Marketing Group now known as Risk Solutions. He came to Scott with 21 years of experience in the insurance industry, serving in several roles including Underwriter where he gained extensive experience with property and casualty reinsurance, and later serving as Team Leader, Field Underwriter, and District Sales Manager with several regional carriers. He also helped develop the policies, procedures, and expectations for the Field Underwriter position at one of his previous companies.
Dave graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, IN, in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in corporate finance and a minor in Economics. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation as well as the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. In the past, Dave served as President and Vice President of the Indiana Underwriters Association and is a member of the Board of Directors for his local CPCU Chapter. Dina Fonzone began her career in employee benefits and healthcare management in 1998, working with employers and their health plans in disease management, health risk performance, wellness and organizational development capacities. She joined Scott in 2001 and has played a key leadership role in developing the proprietary health risk management process, Ovations TM. She assists Scott clients in developing successful performance-driven, business health strategies.
Dina has been a sourced expert in numerous national magazines and trade publications and is a routine presenter at national conferences on the topic of health risk performance/wellness. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University with the School of Public and Environmental Health and works with medical and allied health students at Thomas Jefferson University in the Health Mentor Program.
