Prior to joining SAY, Brian held sales engineering and product development roles in a broad range of markets including defense, aerospace, medical, marine, commercial and industrial. Danielle joined SAY Plastics in 2018 as a Product Engineer. She brings more than 5 years of valuable thermoforming experience to the team, focusing on heavy gauge vacuum and pressure form tooling designs. Before joining SAY Plastics, Danielle was a Design Engineer at Brentwood Industries, Inc. where she gained industry expertise working on large, heavy-truck and rail transportation programs. She developed a robust tooling specification document and successful pressure form tooling designs for thermoforming TPO, with a focus on continuous improvement. Danielle holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.

Djan (Dee) joined SAY Plastics as Quality Technician in January of 2021. She has 20+ years of experience in quality leadership in the automotive industry. During which she oversaw the quality of receiving, manufacturing, and assembly operations.
Before her leadership role she had experiences including machine operator, assembler, stock room attendant, field service representative, and production supervisor, which provided a solid background for career progression. As Quality technician at SAY Plastics, responsibilities include inspections of incoming materials and daily production, first article and PPAP submissions, nonconformance and MRB reports, continuous quality improvement, creating work instructions, supporting customer and supplier quality. Acquired attention to detail and the ability to improvise, adapt and overcome from her 6 year tour in the U.S. Marine Corps, of which she is very proud.

Erich Kaintz joined SAY Plastics in 2017 as Vice President of Business Development. He brings 23 years of diverse industry experience to our organization in the areas of thermoforming engineering, application evaluation, value analysis, materials, and tooling design and development. Prior to joining SAY, Erich held various roles in engineering, product development and sales development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Millersville University, and Project Management Certification from Penn State University and the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.

Gary joined the SAY Plastics team in 2016 as Forming Lead and quickly progressed to Supervisor. He was promoted to CNC Programmer in 2019. Gary has over 25 years of thermoforming experience, ranging from equipment operator to management. He previously worked for Quaker Plastics where he also performed in various positions including tooling, engineering, and shipping. Gary holds a certification from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Heavy Gauge Thermoforming.

Joyce has been with SAY Plastics for over a decade and has over 25 years of experience working in accounting and as an office manager at manufacturing companies. In her accounting role at SAY, she has experience with purchasing, human resources, payroll, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial statements, environmental accounting and customer service. Joyce has a BS in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania.

Suzann also brings a unique hands-on understanding to commercial development that's built on her shop floor experience and entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to joining SAY Plastics, Suzann was a third-generation owner of Speck Plastics, Inc. where she increased sales 20% in just 18 months during a downward economy. In 2014, Suzann negotiated the sale of Speck Plastics to another company within the industry.

Tammy has been part of the SAY Plastics team for over 20 years and has served in many different roles for the company. She started out as a shop laborer and later moved to office manager's assistant. Her current position is in Purchasing/Procurement and Customer Service. Tammy assists our sales engineers with things such as raw materials pricing and expediting product. Thomas is our Logistics Manager and joined SAY Plastics in 2018. Prior to joining our team, most of his career was spent in the pharmaceutical industry (procurement and inventory management) and with the defense logistics agency (warehouse management). Thomas holds a certification in Hazmat Transportation Training for rail, air, and truck through the U.S. Department of Defense, and has various OSHA certifications for manufacturing. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of South Carolina. Perhaps Thomas's most proud accomplishment - having a single-digit golf handicap.

Todd brings over 30 years of thermoforming experience to SAY Plastics. He joined the company in 2017 as Plant Manager and is responsible for overseeing all plant operations and our personnel in production, shipping & receiving, maintenance, tooling and CNC. Todd has attained industry certifications including a certificate for Heavy Gauge Thermoforming from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. From thermoforming machine operator to thermoforming plant manager, Todd has worked in various positions over the years, giving him valuable expertise in 5S and Kaizen methodologies, value stream mapping, tooling engineering, work cell layout development and quality control planning. He has also completed many training sessions in Lean Manufacturing and has applied those principles to the plant floor with great success and a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Troy has 25 years of combined thermoforming experience from his former employers including Sailing Specialties, Inc. and Quaker Plastics. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he studied Aviation Maintenance Administration, and Technical Publications.
