Sichuan Textiles Import And Export Group Co., Ltd., Established in 1979, is the only provincial Enterprise solely funded by state, specializing in import and export of textiles with registered capital of 60 million Yuan. Formerly known as China National Textiles Import and Export Corporation Sichuan Branch, the company was granted the import and export license in 1983, and changed the name to SICHUAN TEXTILES IMPORT AND EXPORT CORPORATION in 1988, then separated from Sichuan Foreign Economic and Trade Committee and became a wholly state owned subsidiary company of Sichuan Textiles Import And Export Group Co., Ltd. directly under State Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province in 2001. The annual volume of export ranked first among all the subsidiaries of Sichuan Textiles Import And Export Group Co., Ltd.
