Adi joined SCP Vitalife in 2008 from Medtronic where she was Marketing Manager in the CardioVascular division. Adi was responsible for the management and development of Medtronic CardioVascular's key product in development with $1 billion global market potential. In addition, Adi launched two significant cardiovascular devices globally that are commercially available today. Prior to joining Medtronic, Adi was a senior consultant at Navigant Consulting.
Adi holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a B.A in Economics from Boston University where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honors.
Mr. Freyer serves as SCP's Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel.
Prior to joining SCP, he held similar positions with an SEC registered investment adviser and an affiliated management consulting group. He also served for a period as Corporate Counsel to a leading publicly traded manufacturer of fire protection products.
Earlier in his career, he was a partner for 15 years in the Banking and Business Departments of Saul Ewing, a regional law firm based in Philadelphia.
Mr. Freyer received his A.B. from Princeton in 1969, and his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1972.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, has completed his Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination), and is a Lieutenant Colonel, Retired, in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. He is on the board of Scholar Academies.

Danielle has been with SCP Vitalife since August 2007 and serves as the Fund's Controller.
Prior to joining SCP Vitalife, Ms. Kelly was a member of the accounting team at Susquehanna International Group (SIG), one of the largest U.S. securities market makers. Prior to that, she was a supervisor in the Accounting and Auditing Department of Mantas, Ohliger, McGary & Quinn, P.C. a regional public accounting firm.
Danielle received a B.S. from West Chester University in Accounting and is a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Kelly is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
Mr. Ferry has been with SCP since November of 2000, and serves as the Fund's Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining SCP, he was a manager in the Accounting and Auditing Department of Mathieson Aitken Jemison, a regional public accounting firm where he primarily served privately held companies in the distribution, manufacturing, architectural, and construction industries on a wide variety of engagements. In addition, he has extensive experience in corporate, partnership and individual tax compliance.
Mr. Ferry received a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in Management and a post-baccalaureate degree from Philadelphia University in Accounting. Mr. Ferry is also a founding board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association.
Dr. Ludomirski is the founder of the Vitalife Life Sciences Fund. He is an internationally renowned physician with more than 20 years experience in life sciences, with particular expertise in medical devices, health homecare, and biomaterials.
Dr. Ludomirski founded and developed the SafeKeeping Company (remote monitoring of high risk pregnancies), which was later acquired by a leading corporation active in this area. He has been a consultant to a number of Israeli and American venture capital funds and large medical technology companies, including GE Medical, ATL - Philips, Medison, Matria Healthcare, and QED Technologies. He has instructed and has led several start-ups through the process of raising capital, creating strategic partnerships, establishing joint ventures, and successfully achieving regulatory clearances.
Mrs. Ludomirski joined Vitalife in 2002 and became a venture partner in 2009. Her main responsibilities are investor relations, business development and financial planning for the portfolio companies. Edna serves on the board of directors of DIR Technologies. She came to Vitalife with over 20 years of extensive experience in assurance, tax, transactions and advisory services for organizations and corporations.
Before joining Vitalife, Mrs. Ludomirski worked for ten years in accounting firms in the U.S. focusing on corporate structures, evaluations, IPO markets and tax planning. She specialized in mergers and acquisitions, risk management, licensing, and royalty transactions.
Prior to this Mrs. Ludomirski worked for five years in Israel at Clal Group (Clal Management), a prominent Israeli holding company, which at that time had aggregate annual consolidated sale in excess of $2.5 billion and 32 publicly-traded subsidiaries. Clal Group companies were among the top in Israel's industrial, financial, electronics, real estate, tourism, insurance and healthcare sectors. At Clal she provided audit services, ongoing business consulting, and business development for a large number of portfolio companies in different sectors.
Previous to her experience at Clal, Mrs. Ludomirski worked in a leading accounting firm where she managed the auditing of large companies in the automotive (Fiat Israel), food and consumer industries. Additionally, she provided services of tax planning, Investment Center and business consulting.

Mr. Dykan has been a Managing Partner with Vitalife since 2002. At Vitalife he has had a lead role in managing its investments, including arranging financings and M&A. He came to Vitalife with over 25 years experience in finance, business development and general management in global growth companies and startups.
Prior to joining Vitalife, he was recruited by Sequoia Capital to be Chairman and CEO of BitBand, an IP broadband start up, and successfully turned that company around. Before arriving at BitBand in 2001, Mr. Dykan held several senior financial positions, including a stint as CFO at VocalTec Communications, nine years as Director of Regional Finance for Applied Materials in Israel and four years as VP Finance at Opal. Mr. Dykan began his career in the United States in 1981 with Andersen Consulting in New York.
Mr. Dykan is Chairman of ReWalk Robotics and Trig Medical, serves on the board of directors of novoGI, Regentis Biomaterials, Deep Breeze and Beta-O2 Technologies, and was previously a board member of Colbar Lifescience (acquired by J&J) and Can-Fite BioPharma (TASE: CFBI).
He has a B.S. in accounting and management from New York University and an MBA in computer applications also from New York University. Mr. Dykan is also licensed in New York State as a certified public accountant.

Mr. Carolin has been a Venture Partner at SCP Partners since 2004 and has over 25 years experience in working in technology related businesses and making and managing technology oriented investments. At SCP he identifies attractive investment opportunities and actively works with portfolio companies in the areas of strategy development, operating management, financial strategy and intellectual property.
Prior to joining SCP, Mr. Carolin co-founded CFM Technologies, a global manufacturer of semiconductor process equipment, and he led the company as CEO for 10 years during which time the company went public on NASDAQ and achieved a market capitalization in excess of $300m. He subsequently sold CFM to Mattson Technology (NASDAQ: MTSN) at a substantial premium over its then current market value. While he was at CFM, the company developed a substantial patent portfolio and successfully litigated its core patent against two major competitors to obtain settlements in excess of $100m.
Prior to CFM, Roger worked in the defense and aerospace industries in the development of high-speed digital computing systems and custom integrated circuits at Honeywell and General Electric. He is currently a director of Amkor Technology (NASDAQ: AMKR), the second largest provider of outsourced semiconductor packaging and test services worldwide, Innovative Solutions & Support (NASDAQ: ISSC), and he serves as a director of several private companies including FourthWall Media and R&D Altanova.
Mr. Carolin received his B.S. in electrical engineering, summa cum laude, from Duke University and his MBA as a George F. Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School. He is a former board member of the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group, and he currently serves on the boards of The Clery Center and Big Picture Schools Philadelphia.

Mr. Weisman is a Founder and Managing Partner of SCP Vitalife Partners, and a Partner of SCP Partners, with more than $1 billion under management in a series of venture capital investment funds. He has been a member of the investment committee of Vitalife Life Sciences Fund since its inception, and has worked closely with Vitalife since SCP Partners became Vitalife's U.S. sponsor in 2002. He has extensive experience in venture capital investing, particularly in the life sciences area, dating back to 1990.
Mr. Weisman has been a Partner of SCP Partners since its inception in 1996. SCP is a multistage private equity manager with $830 million under management in two funds. He has led SCP's efforts in the life sciences area, which include investments in the U.S. and Israel. He has also led several other technology investments for SCP. Mr. Weisman serves as chairman of the board or a director of several portfolio companies.
In 1990, Mr. Weisman became Vice President and a member of the board of directors of CIP Capital L.P., a Small Business Investment Company licensed by the SBA. Mr. Weisman led many of the successful life science investments made by CIP. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Weisman operated a management and financial advisory firm focusing on the reorganization and turnaround of troubled companies. He began his career in 1982 practicing reorganization law at a large Philadelphia law firm.
Mr. Weisman is a Director or Chairman of several companies, including ReWalk Robotics, DIR Technologies, Garnet BioTherapeutics, LZ Therapeutics, Recro Pharma and Trig Medical.
Mr. Weisman received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He is the Chairman of the board of trustees of Young Scholars School and Young Scholars Frederick Douglass, two inner-city public schools serving approximately 1,000 economically disadvantaged children. He is also a board member of the Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures, the venture forum of Temple University.
Mr. Churchill has been Managing General Partner of SCP Partners since its founding in 1996, and has over twenty-five years experience in private equity investing. Previously, he had formed Churchill Investment Partners, Inc. in 1989 and CIP Capital, L.P., another venture capital fund, in 1990. Prior to that, he was a Managing Partner of a private investment firm that specialized in leveraged buyouts on behalf of Bessemer Securities Corporation.
From 1967 to 1983, he practiced law at the Philadelphia firm of Saul Ewing LLP and served as Chairman of its Banking and Financial Institutions Department, Chairman of the Finance Committee and a member of its Executive Committee.
He is a Director of Amkor Technology, Inc., Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc. and Innovative Solutions & Support, Inc. as well as a number of private companies in the technology and life sciences spaces. From 1989 to 1993, he served as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System.
He is currently a trustee of American Friends of New College, Oxford, England, The Gesu School and Scholar Academies, as well as a trustee fellow of Fordham University, trustee emeritus of Immaculata University and a former trustee of Georgetown University, where he chaired the Committee on Medical Affairs, and served as a member of the board of Medstar Health, a $4 billion regional healthcare system.
He was awarded a B.S. in Physics, summa cum laude, from Fordham University followed by an M.A. in Economics from Oxford University where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar, and a J.D. degree from Yale Law School.
Yonatan joined SCP Vitalife in 2016 and serves as the Fund's Israel Controller.
Prior to joining SCP Vitalife, Mr Naveh was Corporate Controller at Targetech Innovation Center. Prior to that, he was in the Accounting and Auditing Department of KPMG Somekh Chaikin where he audited Startups, Hi-Tech and Technology companies.
Yonatan received a B.A. from Ben Gurion University in Accounting and Economics and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
Yonatan was also a member of Israel's under 21 national basketball team and played for several Israeli professional teams.
