Shanghai International Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited ("SIAM") is incorporated in February 1993 in Hong Kong and is engaged in investment advisory services. Currently, it is a licensed corporation registered with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong to carry out regulated activities in advising on securities (Type 4) and asset management (Type 9). SIAM became an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Company Limited ("SIIC") in December 2014. Under the direct supervision of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai Municipal Government, SIIC is a solid and long-established business conglomerate having a number of listed corporations within its group and one of Mainland Chinese enterprises with an extensive local representativeness in Hong Kong.
