Self StorageWorks is the leading provider of full service management, feasibility studies, site design, high-impact office retail layout, engineering, entitlement, construction, business startup, marketing, staffing, equity, construction and permanent financing, lease up, full service brokerage, and other services related to the ever-expanding self-storage industry... Self StorageWorks was created in 2001 when Call divided the Call Company with his partner and went out on his own. The new company's first client was Southern California Edison, which was looking to generate more revenue from the land located on their power transportation grids throughout Southern California. Self StorageWorks was hired to research 80 potential sites for the development of self and RV storage facilities, as well as educating Edison's real estate group.
