The Columbus office houses our Dublin team, headed by Sylvia Bayless, and our East Columbus team, led by Don Acquista, both Division Presidents. Sylvia has extensive industry knowledge of the Central Ohio markets, with over 30 years of experience in property management and over 15 years of experience in association management. Don Acquista has been a real estate professional in Columbus for more than 45 years as a licensed Ohio Real Estate Broker and has managed community associations for over 20 years. Together they oversee teams of highly qualified Community Association Managers and support staff with a reputation for caring and quality service.
Division President Connie Riley-Smith and Sentry's Charleston-area Community Managers are active in the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Currently, four Community Managers have earned a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and two an Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. Sentry's Charleston personnel complete over 300 hours per year in professional development and education to stay current on all issues relating to homeowner association operations in South Carolina. Managers average over seven years of association management experience.

Jim Todd is the Division President of Sentry Management's Kansas City office. He is CMCA-certified by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board. Sentry's Kansas City office serves communities in Leavenworth, Johnson and Wyandotte Counties in Kansas as well as Jackson, Cass, Clay and Platte Counties in Missouri. Major cities served include Kansas City, Overland Park, Olathe, Leawood, Fairway, Lenexa, Prairie Village, and Shawnee.
Sentry Management provides operational leadership to homeowner and condominium associations through our Maryland office. Sentry Management exclusively focuses on managing communities and homeowner associations including detached single-family dwellings, townhouses, quadriplexes, triplexes and garden units, both residential and commercial. As a full-service company, Sentry delivers its individual service through a highly skilled professional group of community managers. Each community manager leads an association-focused community team and is supported by a backup manager. A dedicated internal team is in place so accounting associates, bookkeepers, administrators, and closings personnel establish an ongoing relationship with specific communities and managers. The Sentry Maryland team is led by LaShauna Tillmon, Division President, and is overseen by Todd Wawrzeniak, Regional Vice President.
Michael Boyce is the Division President of both the Albuquerque and Santa Fe offices. John Lambert is the Regional President. Both Michael and John have several years of experience in the Community Association Industry. Sentry's Albuquerque and Santa Fe Community Managers have an average of 15 years of experience in association management. Last year, Sentry's New Mexico staff completed over 160 hours of advanced professional education to keep them current on all issues relating to homeowner and condominium association operations.
Division President Michelle Figueroa heads up the Kissimmee operation for Sentry Management. All Community Managers are licensed by the state and have an average of nearly 7 years of experience in association management. Sentry's Kissimmee - Orlando managers complete over 240 hours per year in professional development and education to keep them current on all issues relating to homeowner association operations in Florida.
