Servicenet is the service and repairs division of United Gaming Limited. The Servicenet Central Region team including the Parts Repairs Department are currently located in Hamilton, New Zealand. Servicenet also has a remote office in Wellington, New Zealand. All service faults are logged through free phone 0508 737 842 (0508 SERVICE)... In addition to the reactive breakdown services we provide, Servicenet has always prided itself on the high level of preventative maintenance that is completed every month. This extensive maintenance program reduces the number of reactive breakdowns which increases machine uptime. Also by ensuring that all components of the machine are cleaned and calibrated to the highest level, it will offer the end user of the machine a more enjoyable gaming experience.
