Brent brings over 21 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a specific focus on the technologies associated with the physical layer, including fiber optic and low voltage structured cabling infrastructure systems. He began working for Panduit as a Data-Communications Specialist in the North Texas marketplace for 8 years and then moved into a District Management position, overseeing operations for the Arizona, New Mexico, Las Vegas, Nevada and El Paso, Texas markets.

Heather brings over 8 years of experience to our AV group. Her experience includes customer support, estimating, materials management, vendor relations and assisting customers with any sales or project-related issues. She is a dedicated, trusted point of contact that ensures all of your audio/visual project needs are coordinated and delivered on time, every time.

Jason spearheads our AV group, bringing over 30 years of experience and expertise to our organization. Beginning his career as an Installation Technician and has worked his way through various positions including Project Management, Tech Ops Manager, Manage Services Delivery and Design/Engineering. He is skilled in all aspects of A/V systems design, implementation and project management, ensuring the client's audio/visual needs are met and exceeding customer's expectations. Jason is certified in Extron, Crestron, QSC, Avixa, Biamp and many more. Being involved from a hand's on the standpoint in our projects, he ensures an excellent standard of quality that customers have come to expect from Superior Fiber & Data Services.

Superior Fiber has been a technology partner with Caliber since we moved our corporate headquarters to Texas in 2011. In the last 9 years, we expanded our building several times and eventually moved to a new location and Superior has performed all our cabling work. The work that Superior Fiber has performed has gone beyond just cabling but has developed into a true partnership. They always take the time to understand the whole project and consult on best practices, industry standards and offer new ideas on how to best accomplish our goals. When we moved into our new building, Superior had a hard deadline and had to work with many contractors to coordinate timing and installation. They knocked this out of the ballpark. On day one, we didn't have a single issue.

Joe brings over 20 years of AV experience to our organization. Starting as an installation technician, he has worked his way through various positions such as Lead Technician and Project Manager. His ability to cover all aspects of AV projects ensures the client's AV needs and expectations are met. Joe is a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and has also been certified by Extron, Crestron, QSC, AMV, Biamp Systems and many others. He performs tasks such as creating, operating, troubleshooting and servicing AV solutions. His project management style and attention to detail attest to his success and his ability to bring projects in on-time and within budget. Another trusted member of the team, delivering a standard of quality our clients have come to expect from our firm.
Gearbox has worked with Superior Fiber for years, and I specifically have worked with them for over a decade. They've supported large-scale cabling projects such as a corporate relocation, and been there when we've had a critical need such as repairing broken fiber. They've been responsive and their work is consistently reliable. They're my go-to for all cabling work.

Matt brings over 16 years of industry experience to our team, with over 12 years of proven experience as a Project Manager. Beginning his career as an entry-level technician and quickly advancing to a Project Foreman, he gained the knowledge of proper installation methods and how to manage large crews on multiple projects. Due to his proven track record, he has been assigned as an Account Manager where he is responsible for the success of the overall project, including estimating, project management, to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget. Matt provides detailed oversight of his projects and manages his assigned accounts on a daily basis.

Has worked in the telecommunications, cabling industry since 1995, starting out as a general helper on large cabling projects and quickly excelling to a Project Manager for a small cabling company until March of 1998. As one of the co-founding members of Superior Fiber & Data Services, he has helped grow the company from a small subcontracting company to a full service cabling company, servicing local and national accounts today.
He currently oversees new business development, while conducting estimating, project management for new business opportunities, and his existing customer base. Randy has provided the direction of the company since its inception and maintains a daily focus on the strategy for the future of Superior Fiber & Data Services.
Bringing several years of management experience from the retail and hospitality industries before joining the team in 1998, Steve understands that great customer service reaps long-term customer loyalty. From his hands-on experience in the field, he knows the "right way" to get the job done and easily relates to the daily challenges faced by our technical staff, while putting the customer's needs and expectations first.
He has instilled quality throughout the organization and oversees the daily operations side of the business while also conducting estimating, project management, and maintaining customer relations in his long-term accounts. His core values and foresight continue to shape the strategy and future direction of the organization.

Tom has over 25 years of experience in the structured cabling industry. Tom started out in the industry as an installation technician and progressed to positions of increasing responsibility and sphere of influence. He earned the RCDD designation from BICSI in 1998. Tom spent 12+ years with a large corporate IT department where he led a team that developed IT physical infrastructure standards for the enterprise and the means to implement those standards. Tom has experience in the design and build out of enterprise data centers as well as enterprise physical layer infrastructure. Tom has experience in the design and deployment of first responder and cellular DAS systems, cell signal boosters, CCTV, and access control systems. He has participated in enterprise level technology upgrades, data center upgrades, and led the IT service delivery effort to construction projects. Tom's experience as a contractor and IT manager provides a unique breadth and depth of technical knowledge and insight for customer needs.

Has been with the organization for over 18 years. Starting in the field as a level 1 technician, he quickly grasped the knowledge and skill-set required to install structured cabling per BICSI standards. Within the first year he advanced to become a lead technician. His industry knowledge of not only low voltage cabling solutions, but paging and audio visual systems as well, has contributed to the success of our firm. Tony's management capabilities and "can do" attitude propelled him to a management position within the organization and he is now responsible for daily operations, scheduling all service calls, technician training, materials procurement as well as estimating and project management.

Travis has been with our firm for over 6 years, beginning his career in the field as a Level 1 Technician and quickly moving through the ranks to become a Lead Technician. His hands-on experience in the field and his time served in the United States Marine Corps as a telecommunication engineer propelled him to promotion in an estimator position. He then earned his Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification in November of 2017 and is now the Lead Estimator, handling larger, more complex projects. His estimating skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and his ability to manage projects ensure our client's cabling infrastructure is designed and installed to BICSI commercial building knowledge of the industry standards. Travis is responsible for daily estimating, project management and account management.
