The UC Irvine Student Health Center (SHC) is a comprehensive outpatient clinic staffed with licensed primary care physicians, psychiatrists, licensed clinical social workers, dentists, physician assistants, registered nurse practitioners, and registered nurses. Medical specialists from various disciplines including orthopedics/sports medicine, gynecology, and internal medicine provide on-site consultation on a regular basis. SHC utilizes health provider student trainees such as fellows, residents and/or student interns, in conjunction with licensed professionals, to deliver services to UCI students...
