Beverly Fenton

Beverly Fenton is an accountant and administrative support staff member for Sherpa Coaching. She joined the team in 2016. Beverly enjoys building relationships and serving wherever she is needed. She is conscientious worker with a passion for efficiency. Beverly has a BFA from The Ohio State University and thrives when she is able to use her creative side in the work environment. Outside of work, Beverly has combined her equestrian background with her passion for serving people with disabilities as a PATH International certified therapeutic riding instructor.

Brenda Corbett


Danielle (Dani) Redder

Job Titles:
  • Certified Sherpa Coach
Danielle (Dani) Redder joined the Sherpa team in 2014 as Client Services & Program Manager. She took a brief hiatus and returned to the Sherpa Team as Director of Client Relations & Communications in 2018. Dani is also a Certified Sherpa Coach. She received her certificate from the University of Georgia in 2015 and has a BA in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Cincinnati. With 10 years of experience in wine sales and management, Dani knows how to achieve results through passion, efficiency, and hard work. She is driven to take Sherpa Coaching and its clients to the best of their potential. Dani is a native Canadian with a love of travel and unending enthusiasm for personal growth. She is a Level 2 Certified Sommelier and a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor. She lives with her husband, daughter, cat, dog, and 8 chickens in Newport, Kentucky.

Geri Gerth

Geri Gerth joined Sherpa Coaching in July 2017 as Executive Assistant to Brenda Corbett. She brings 30+ years of administrative experience having held positions in Global Sales, Service, and Operations. Geri tailors her skills to meet the needs of her various clients. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task is critical to her position. Prior to joining Sherpa Coaching, Geri was employed by Xerox Corporation and Eastman Kodak Company. The knowledge and experience she gained from these Fortune 500 companies helped to make her transition to Sherpa Coaching seamless. Outside of work, Geri enjoys spending time with her large family and babysitting her grandchildren. Other activities she enjoys is working in the yard, walking, and bike riding.

Joe Valeri

Joe Valeri joined Sherpa Coaching in 2016 to contribute in Communications, Research, and Publishing. He works on the annual Executive Coaching Survey and ongoing Corporate Culture research, publishing, and marketing. Previously Joe worked on multiple grants for Project LISTEN in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. During his 15 years on the academic technology project he designed and implemented reading activities and research studies to test the effectiveness of automated Reading Tutor Software. Joe worked closely with experts in the fields of neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and elementary reading education to develop and test the software as well as analyze the extensive amount of data produced during the project.

Judith Colemon

Judith Colemon is an author and educator who trains and certifies executive coaches. Along with Brenda Corbett, Colemon penned "The Sherpa Guide: Process-Driven Executive Coaching", the world's most widely used textbook for coach training. Ms. Colemon's coaching is based on her experience as CEO for both a startup and an established institution. With her passion for leadership, she began coaching executives one-on-one in 2001. She's still coaching, and she's a leading authority in the field. Colemon has trained coaches for Toyota, Liberty Mutual, Hershey and the National Cancer Institute. Colemon continues certifying executive coaches at the University of Georgia and Howard University. "The Sherpa Guide", is used by executive education programs at all three locations. Sherpa Coaching is the only process endorsed by multiple universities. Her firm, Sherpa Coaching, is a minority business enterprise, women-owned, based in Cincinnati. Sherpa Coaching is the credentialing body that certifies executive coaches after their executive education experience.

Karl Corbett

  • Managing Partner of Sherpa Coaching in Cincinnati
He handles strategy, marketing and client relations for the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certifications at Howard University and the University of Georgia. He was contributing editor for "The Sherpa Guide: Process-Driven Executive Coaching", published by Thomson in 2005. Karl Corbett leads the annual Sherpa Executive Coaching Survey, the largest and longest-running survey on executive coaching. He has also been President of Sasha Corporation since he founded the firm in 1984, developing the Employment Dynamics process for HR systems design, and "Showtime" customer service training, gaining press all the way to Newsweek Japan. He's consulted and taught across the US and in South Africa, at the highest levels of industry and government. Mr. Corbett holds a degree in Management Information Sciences from the University of Kentucky, earned in 1974.

Patricia is Vice President of Sales at Sherpa and a certified Executive Coach who provides training in communication and leadership skills at the corporate level.

Sharon Kinderman

Sharon Kinderman joined Sherpa Coaching in January, 2016. She brings 20+ years of business experience. Sharon quickly has discovered ways to enhance operations and reduce costs. As Sherpa's Chief Operations Officer, Sharon oversees Quality Control, Customer Service and Human Resources. Prior to joining Sherpa Coaching, Sharon served as Ministry Advancement Director with a non-profit organization. Using her background in marketing, Sharon managed quality control and led the media team to deliver the weekly TV program, daily radio program, and build promotional material. Sharon was a market research consultant for Lunt Associates for seven years working on both qualitative and quantitative studies. Sharon's project management, analysis, reporting, and clear presentation of findings were integrated into specific decision making processes proving to make a positive impact on client ROI and provide guidance in sound business decisions. Sharon's core strengths include quality control, process improvement, statistical analysis, business strategy, relationship building, market research, customer service and hands on management. Sharon's skills matched with her "whatever it takes" attitude benefits her in accomplishing high goals. Sharon's skills complement our growing organization perfectly to fulfill Sherpa's mission and objectives.

Victoria Lee Huff

Victoria Lee Huff spent 13 years of her career as a seasoned sales executive and manager for AT&T. After leaving the technology world, she spent the next 4 years at a pharmaceutical sales company before leaving the corporate world. She began her entrepreneurial journey in 2008 to build a multiple award-winning private duty healthcare agency which she sold in 2018. Since that time, she has been working in the sales and leadership consulting. Victoria has published several articles on a variety of topics in the technology and healthcare arenas. She writes for many publications including Forbes. In 2016, she joined her mentor, Jack Canfield, and several other authors to pen an Amazon award winning book, The Road to Success, Volume 2. Victoria enjoys helping clients map out their training and development plans to up level their organizations
