All who work within SIAP are highly educated and are either professional psychologists, hold a PhD in psychology/behavioral science, or have specialist knowledge within the areas of behavioral science and safety work that makes them highly qualified for our various assignments... SIAP's unique competence lies in our work with psychological issues based on a scientific foundation, with a focus on sustainability and development of not only the individual's but also the organization's resources. While SIAP originally specialized in personnel assessment within the field of aviation, today we have a significantly broader profile, working with a great variety of assignments within the high-risk and security forces in both the private and public sectors.
