Kevin Lee's expertise includes more than 20 years of operations experience in mortgage, financial, and legal services. Prior to his tenure at Simpluris, Lee served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Epiq Global, Inc. There, he led three successful domestic and international acquisitions, expanding Epiq's operations into one of the largest legal services providers in the world. Prior to Epiq, Kevin held executive level positions at Ocwen Financial Corporation and HSBC while overseeing Investor Relations and Default Services, respectively. Kevin served in the United States Army, 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry, as a Mobilized Infantry Scout, Plans and Operations Specialist stationed in Hohenfels, Germany.

Paul oversees disbursement, taxation, and banking departments while leading business development for corporate remediation. Saroj served on the leadership team as Principal for SAR Capital Management, where he oversaw regulatory remediation, investor/capital markets servicing and diligence, data product management, legal administration, and strategic servicing management for private equity and public financial services clients. For several years, Saroj served as Vice President of Default and Servicing at HSBC Mortgage and Consumer Lending, building and leading operational, strategic, and quality assurance teams through some of the most critical regulatory remediation and compliance activities for bankruptcy, foreclosure, escrow/tax, insurance, short-sale, deed-in-lieu, and billing statements. He managed hundreds of regulatory controls for OCC/FRB Consent Orders, National Mortgage Settlement, CFPB, and the US Bankruptcy Code, in which his teams consistently achieved "Effective" quality ratings.

With more than 20 years of client success experience, Wes leads Simpluris' Operations and Client Services team. Prior to Simpluris, he served as both a Senior Director of Project Management and a Senior Director of Client Services at legal administration companies. In these roles, he was responsible for providing superior client service while using a consultative approach to administer both consumer class action settlements and remediation of corporate compliance matters. Wes served in the United States Navy, both as senior enlisted advisor and limited duty officer specializing in next-generation warfighting capabilities and technologies. Here, he led a team of more than 80 during six global deployments. Wes earned a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University, is a certified Scrum Master, and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Since Simpluris' inception, Zach has spearheaded its technology-driven vision for settlement administration. He envisioned a single digital platform, purpose-built to serve the legal administration industry. Today, Zach has realized this vision and continues to innovate as an evolving industry calls for new solutions. Zach leads all technology solution planning and implementation for clients and our organization at large, including the development of Simpluris' real-time reporting tool, LiveCase.
