Mrs. Peachey has been an integral part of the SITA team since January 2018. Her journey with SITA has led her to navigate through a multitude of industries and project types, showcasing her adaptability and proficiency. In her role as Director of Operations, Donna Peachey brings invaluable knowledge, dedication, and a proven track record to the table. - Senior Project Analyst
Mr. Driggers has more than 43 years in the commercial HVAC industry, specializing in testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB). He began his career with SITA in January 2017. He has been involved with projects ranging from aerospace, educational, entertainment, government, healthcare, hospitality, industrial and multi story buildings. Mr. Driggers has acted as a liaison between owners, commissioning agents, design professionals, construction management and subcontractors. He has worked with clients to achieve TAB project costs, while building long-term relationships.
Mr. Bunner started his professional career with SITA in 1994, specializing in building HVAC systems, commissioning, air barrier testing and test and balance. His vast knowledge of the HVAC industry has allowed him to be a part of several types of projects ranging from schools, hospitals, large industrial complexes and military bases to high-rise buildings. Mr. Bunner has been able to take his understanding of building systems and utilize this in his approach to cost analysis of projects, related to the services of Southern Independent Testing Agency, Inc.

Ms. Challandes joined the SITA team in 2003. She is our initial point of contact when we begin any project. Her primary responsibility is to orchestrate the seamless execution and management of contracts, purchase orders and change orders for our Test & Balance (TAB) and commissioning projects. This involves meticulous planning, coordination, and communication with our team of analysts, skilled technicians, clients, and staff. Ms. Challandes also oversees insurance certificates, notice to owners, technician badging, technician registration, technician background checks/finger printing as needed for secure projects, our firm's statement of qualifications, prequalification's, process new hire paperwork, and assemble technician manuals. Her efficiency and attention to detail ensures all critical details of the project are acquired and entered in our custom TabOpts system accurately.

Mr. Reiter has been with SITA since 1997, specializing in HVAC Commissioning, Building Envelope Testing, Air Barrier Testing and Thermal Imaging. Over this time, Mr. Reiter's field experience varies from projects including, state universities, financial institutes, high-rise buildings, Army Corp of Engineers, MacDill AFB, detention facilities, school boards and laboratory projects. Mr. Reiter understanding of mechanical systems, as well as building component, gives him the ability to see and provide solutions to ensure a properly operating building.
