Sizemore, Burns and Gillmore, LLC was organized in 1945 by Kenneth G. Speir (1908-1987), Vernon A. Stroberg (1914-1990), and Herbert H. Sizemore (1912-1985). The name of the Firm then was Speir, Stroberg and Sizemore and it was originally above the old J.C. Penney building on Main Street... We are a general practice three-attorney law firm efficiently providing quality services throughout Harvey County, Kansas, and surrounding areas. The diversity of our partners is one of our strengths in that it allows us to offer a wide range of services to the community. We offer a personalized approach at a reasonable rate, primarily in the areas of corporations, government, domestic, estate planning, probate, and real estate law. Our offices are located in the beautiful Historic Newton Railroad Station in Newton, Kansas, once the location of a Fred Harvey Lunch Room, Dining Room and Harvey Girls dormitory.
