Dave is our residential PV systems designer and administrator. His past experience working with Sony and as a real estate inspector gives him a unique advantage to design and manage the construction of photovoltaic systems and backup battery systems. He is our resident permit specialist.

Co-founder and co-owner of Skelly Electric, Jim has over 49 years of experience as an electrical contractor and journeyman. He has been a part of every project from the company's inception: designing, and managing commercial and residential projects of all types. Jim has proven strong leadership skills, ably learns and adapts to newer technology and products within the trade, maintaining a wide range of technical expertise and experiences in all things electrical. He has become one of the most respected electrical contractors in Southern California and is the heart of Skelly Electric.

Lee is the primary founder and owner of Skelly Electric. She has been an integral part of Skelly Electric's success since its inception over 36 years ago. Lee provides business development and managerial support company-wide to ensure smooth and efficient operations of all departments, and has facilitated the completion of hundreds of projects in the San Diego area alone.
