Chris Delia

Chris' diversified construction background began with Carpenter Local 17 in the Bronx, N.Y. His training included an array of different trades and for the last 35 years focused on scaffolding. This period afforded him the opportunity to perfect skills in blueprint reading, estimating, sales, customer communications & relations, and management. Chris' education includes OSHA Requirement Training, and the industries most extensive Scaffold Erection and Safety Training certification through Purdue University. Currently Chris is the prime estimator and manager of erection and dismantling personnel at Spirit Scaffolding, LLC.

Clay Bourgeois

Clay's training and background include completion and certification at the Waco Scaffolding School, Suspended Scaffold Training, Fall Protection Training, SIA Hazardous Material Training, and Customer Service Training. Clay was previously employed by a local scaffold company in which he was instrumental in the planning, opening, and operation as general manager. Prior to this, Clay also helped with start-up and growth of another scaffolding company which was later sold to a national scaffold corporation.
