Mr. Nunez has a degree in accounting and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. Mr. Nunez has more than 12 years of real estate financial administration experience. He is the In-House Accountant of Spinnaker Loans and all related entities. Mr. Nunez is the behind the scenes expert in charge of producing accurate and timely financial statements and reports, financial analysis and strategies, GAAP and IRS compliance and every other accounting detail.
Mr. Quiroz Zolezzi has a law degree from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and holds more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry including a broker's license. Mr. Quiroz Zolezzi oversaw the development, construction, and sale of over 600 residential units in Southern California during his tenure at a Real Estate Development company, where he worked diligently eventually earning the position of President.
Mr. Quiroz is an industrial engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Having worked at a Real Estate Development company as a project manager, Mr. Quiroz earned the position of Construction Manager of its affiliated general contractor firm. During this time, Mr. Quiroz was also an active sales agent, closing sales from around Southern California's real estate market. Mr. Quiroz is a California licensed Real Estate broker and oversees the affiliated real estate company, Forza Realty.
