The company was built on the decades of experience foundation established in the construction industry by Parampal's father, Manohar Singh, with his firm Paramount Contracting Company. The Singh family has been a part of the Atlanta construction community since the early 1970's when Manohar Singh came to Atlanta in search of opportunities as a Civil Engineer with $200 to his name.
