Jenna is an associate attorney who focuses principally on Assisted Reproductive Technology Law. Having both adopted siblings and in-laws, she is passionate about helping people create their families and knows first-hand the beauty and happiness adoptions bring to all involved. She attended law school at the University of Minnesota, where she graduated cum laude. Upon graduation, she began working at the Volunteer Lawyers Network before clerking for the Hennepin County Family Court. Her knowledge of both the public and private sector gives her a well-rounded and in-depth expertise to draw upon when assisting her clients. Jenna lives in Prior Lake with her husband, Tyler, and two children, Bennett and Madilynn. She enjoys spending time with her family boating and enjoying the lovely Minnesota outdoors. Steven H. Snyder, Esq., is Of Counsel at Steven H. Snyder & Associates, having been the founding and principal partner for over twenty years until his retirement from the law firm in late 2023. Mr. Snyder attended law school at the University of Minnesota, graduating cum laude in 1982. Mr. Snyder successfully litigated the first contested Minnesota surrogacy case in 2006 in which he won sole custody of the child for a single father; this case has been affirmed by the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Mr. Snyder is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, Law Practice Management, and Family Law sections), Past Chair of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Committee of the ABA Family Law Section, a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections), Past Chair of the Family Law Section, Hennepin County Bar Association, and Wisconsin State Bar Association, and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Snyder also serves as a member of the national advisory committee of RESOLVE: The National Fertility Association, past chair of the legal advisory group for the Path2Parenthood (national non-profit organizations for education, support, and advocacy on behalf of infertile persons), and is a professional member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (national organization of fertility physicians) and its Legal Professionals Group. Mr. Snyder is a frequent national and international speaker on assisted reproductive technology topics and from 2009-2010 was an adjunct professor of assisted reproductive technology law at the Hamline University Law School and at William Mitchell College of Law from 2009 to the present. Taylor is the owner and managing partner at Steven H. Snyder & Associates with a primary focus in Assisted Reproductive Technology Law, providing support and assistance to surrogates, donors, and intended parents in their family-building journeys. Taylor graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2016 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota in 2017. Ms. Rolf has extensive experience in the area of Assisted Reproductive Technology having provided in-depth assistance to hundreds of intended parents relating to parentage establishment proceedings, gestational carrier contracts, and medical insurance coverage analysis associated with third-party family building. Ms. Rolf also practices in other family law areas such as gestational carrier reviews, donor agreements, stepparent/second parent adoption. In addition to guiding intended parents and surrogates alike as they embark on this complex journey, Taylor works closely with other professionals involved in third-party reproduction both within the U.S. as well as internationally. This allows Taylor to have a unique understanding and perspective as it relates to all aspects of assisted reproductive technology including legal, medical, psychological, and financial both domestically and internationally. In her spare time when she is not assisting parents in their family building journey she can be found chasing her three young boys, Harrison, Hayden, and Hayes, around with her husband, Cory.
